Car was dirty on outside, and no car mats on inside. Car came with a ton of scratches all around bumpers in front and back. Also had dents on side door. Luckily I took a video of all the pre-existing damages because the Enterprise inspector did not have any of those in her notes upon car dropoff. Additionally, I received a car with a fuel tank less than three quarters full, and I returned with a completely full tank, so I feel like it's a bad scheme where Enterprise gets customers to pay for filling up their cars beyond what they were initially given.
The drop off & pick up is marketed, yet it is not honored. Maintenance on cars are inconsistent and inconvenient.

Excellent customer service from local office. They answered all my questions and helped me find a car to fit my budget. I appreciated their follow up when I used the after hours drop off right before a holiday. They let me know the next day that it was checked in and all ok. They went over the normal charges & made sure my questions were answered.

The car we rented should not have been rented. It had front end problems. The windshield wiper was broke. The car smelled like smoke, and the agent at enterprise gave us absolutely no paperwork and there was nothing in the glove box to indicate the registration or anything else. We had to switch out the car in Louisville at the airport after waiting an hour and a half on the line to even get a representative. I've rented all my life from enterprise, I have an account with enterprise and I will not be renting from enterprise ever again.
