I rented a car on Saturday with the intention of returning the car late Monday or Tuesday morning. I was able to return the car on Sunday afternoon with a full tank of gas. There was no problem in doing this.

This rating is based on a bad experience I had when the car keys slipped off the worn plastic key holder they were attached to. The thin plastic split and the keys fell in a grassy area on the ground leading up to TJMaxx store. I along with several employees at TJMaxx searched the store thoroughly trying to backtrack my steps. When I called Enterprise to inform them that I lost the keys, I was told that I would have to pay $300 to get replacement keys. This upset me because the root cause of the problem was the worn plastic that the keys were hooked onto. Luckily, I found the keys approximately 12 minutes before the tow truck was scheduled to arrive. The entire process of searching for the keys, calling Enterprise and staying on hold for so long, hanging up and calling back lasted approximately 2 hours with an ETA of an additional 56 mins for the tow to arrive. I suggest Enterprise invest in better holders for their keys to avoid this from happening in the future.

One of the best experiences I have had with a rental company. From I entered the facility in Hollywood Florida, the staff were super nice and helpful. We had a flat in Georgia and the AAA service gentleman was super nice. Enterprise then change the rental without any issues. Felt well taken care of. Thank you for a fantastic experience :)

I had rented a crossover SUV but all they had was a minivan. After a 2,200 mile round trip I wasn't disappointed. Staff was courteous and I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

For the most part, my experience at the Deer Park Enterprise Rental store was satisfying at best. They were able to assist me in gaining quick response from my insurance so that I could have a rental vehicle available while repairs were done on my vehicle. Alison also was also quite professional considering she had a handful of customers and was the only one available at the peak hours of day. She was calm throughout the whole process and because of her I was able to find out about the rental procedures specifically for my insurance. Only drawback was the lack of vehicle sizes for the one I actually needed. I had requested full size but was never made aware they didn't have any at the time It would he helpful if the store would maintain a live inventory that communicates which options are available so that customers can make their best option. Otherwise, this was mostly a pleasant 1st time experience.

I had an exceptional experience with the team at the S. Florida Ave location of Enterprise! From the moment I arrived, they warmly greeted me and were already aware that I had completed all the paperwork, with my car ready and waiting just outside. On Monday, when I encountered an issue returning the car, they went above and beyond to arrange for me to return it to a Tampa location conveniently near where I was picking up my new vehicle. Later that evening, the gentleman who facilitated all of this (I regret not catching his name) called to ensure everything went smoothly in Tampa. You truly have an outstanding team at the Lakeland office!
