Enterprise rental I mean, it is great as long as they stay online I mean, I was in Port Malibu, but that Nissan Altima overall was a very, very good rental. The only thing kept popping up tire pressures and it needed service and needed. You know service other than that I think it was a great experience and like I said again, I think I need to be directed to Enterprise car sales the closest one I see to me would be in Columbia on Greystone because I think it's Enterprise then it's Drivetime which I don't really like it all and then it's TJ Auto so I'm more directed towards Enterprise car sales and thank you for everything. Once I got to the store, I decided to upgrade the agents. Help me with my request and it was done vprofessionally. The agents seem very warm friendly and willing to advise me to help me make any choices that I needed to make.

This is my new go to car rental company when I fly into RDU. Check-in was so quick with the pre-check-in feature. I literally went straight to my car once I got off the shuttle. Now the drop off was what really got me. I was traveling solo with a crying toddler when I dropped off my car. The employee working the drop off was so kind and courteous. He helped carry my bags all the way onto the shuttle so I could hold and comfort my daughter. He was so kind to me and my daughter. The customer service is amazing start to finish!
