Renting with Enterprise on East Parrish Avenue, in Owensboro, Ky was a great experience. The employees were Amazing! They were all very kind, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy for me. I loved the car I got as well! It was very clean, smelled good, and drove excellent! Also, returning the car was simple too, using the Dropbox. Awful horrible didn't have the car we reserved days prior. Another location sent people to pick up 4 vehicles from our location which left our location short handed on vehicles for there reservations. And this isn't the first time it's been this way for years and is horrible experience and had to settle for very small car instead of what we reserved. And never is enough vehicle stock at our location
