Quick and efficient check-in and out. No issues with car. Everything was fine.
One of the worst car rental experiences I've had. They only had a couple of cars (small EVs)available, not in the class reserved (SUV). The EVs weren't charged, so I had to go charge the car almost immediately at my own expense and time. The shop's credit csrd terminals were down, so the rep just wrote my credit card number in a piece of paper on the desk visible for any customer or rep alike, along with a other customer's card numbers as well. Finally the shop was really dirty, with trash on the ground around the desk.

The manager and assistant manager were awesome. They were kind, helpful and made sure that my needs were all taken care of. I will recommend this location at Beaver Ruin in Norcross, GA to everyone! They were the best! Outstanding service!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received in Muncie IN. I had an unforseen circumstance that changed my return time on a vehicle I rented. I contacted Enterprise to check if that would be fine in which she assured me that that would be completely fine! Little did I know I would be charged an extra day. Due to the fact she couldn't inform me of this. After reviewing my receipt I noticed I got charged for an extra day. So I contacted them again to only be told "It's in the policy" I'm sorry but who really looks into policy's unless there's a situation. No usually they trust the representatives renting them the vehicle to be transparent about charges etc. I feel taken advantage of to say the least. I'm sure this has happened to more than just me. If I had known about the charge I would have done things differently! It not only inconvenienced me but my 2 small children to get the vehicle unpacked and back at the store at 11:30PM assuming I wouldn't be charged for the next day. My suggestion would be to post it on your website/app that if returning vehicle after hours you will be charged another day. That would only make more sense to inform loyal customers of charges/fees and why BEFORE they make said decisions.

Enterprise on Dixie by upper hunters is amazing. They were able to get my rental extended from 2 weeks to 1 month when my 2025 grand highlander was in the shop due to a tree falling on it. The first vehicle I had was great, then it started to shake when I hit highway speeds. I called them and within an hour they had a new vehicle for me to drive for the remainder of my rental. They dealt with my insurance company to keep me in the rental until my 30 days were up and even offered to extend it, all I would have to pay was the rate they gave the insurance company. The Audi A6 that I rented had less than 50k miles and drove extremely smooth. I recommend this enterprise because of how friendly and courteous they were throughout the entire month I used their services!

Utilized Enterprise when our vehicle was getting repaired from a deer strike. Enterprise immediately contacted me after speaking with my insurance company. I picked up the car that day and returned it to the location where our car was being repaired when complete. I was contacted by Enterprise telling me my deposit will be refunded and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Very friendly and willing to work with us throughout this process. Thanks so much!
