Car lived up to expectations. Agent was personable, courteous and showed respect. I will remember to ask about filling up fuel on my next rental. I t did force me to look at owner manusl and was pleased to find it in the glove box.
All in all it was a good experience without any problems, except the one mentioned above which in all retrospect was partly my fault. I do recommenf Enterprise and will use them in the future.

Easy process for renting as much of it (paperwork) can be done ahead of time. The unlimited miles and no charge for a spouse to drive saved us money in comparison to other car rental agencies. The staff were great and it was an easy process to return the car. We even got a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. We will definitely use Enterprise for future rentals!

Vehicle was as requested but the contract included a mileage restriction not clear up front. In fact (as an example) it stated 1500 miles a week and not a daily number. Returned the vehicle without knowing this and then was charged more after the fact. This is in me for not looking careful, but this is a pretty shady business practice.

I reserved a vehicle a month ahead of time. When I got there, they did not have that class of vehicle. They tried to give me a smaller vehicle for the same price as the larger size. When I asked about it, they weren't able to give me a larger vehicle. Because other people had reserved those. As a result, I had to leave some of my luggage behind from my trip.
