Had an issue with the vehicle. It was very dirty something was spilled on the back seats that was noticed until I pick up my son to load his items.
Me and my daughter got on the road late Wednesday night. I noticed the steering wheel would shaking really bad once you go over a certain speed. I had to drive six hours away then two more hours after I grabbed my other son.
I could not take it back since it was after hours and the airport location in Lansing was closed as I got the vehicle close to 8pm.
I called first thing Thursday morning, not once but twice was told they would escalated. They would have a manager call me back never heard from anyone got to Clarksville Tennessee.
I Took the vehicle back to another Enterprise Location in the area was told they had no vehicles to swap out. Should get some back between 4 and 5 PM. They would give me a call one way or the other even if it was Friday the next day never heard back.
The purpose of me renting a vehicle was for our out of town family reunion which started Thursday through Saturday evening.
We were supposed to leave on Sunday morning we ended up, leaving Saturday evening my son did not want me to drive 8 hours additional hours with the way the vehicle would shake.
I Returned the vehicle to an Enterprise location in Evansville, Indiana, where my son resides.
My son had to drive me back to Michigan and miss a day of work.
I did speak with a very nice young lady named Brittany who did reverse my drop-off fees that they were trying to charge me.
My bill went from $168-$341, due to Me dropping the vehicle off a day earlier at a different location and as of right now, I'm still waiting on a call back.
I have left multiple messages starting from Thursday morning up until Wednesday evening to have a management call me back I have yet to hear from anyone from enterprise.

Renting a vehicle from them was very easy everything was very straightforward. They were nice enough to upgrade me to a larger size vehicle for little to no money. They were very thorough with their explanation of expectations on the vehicle along with what they considered damage or not damage. Everything was seamless and the vehicle was absolutely fantastic outside the color was hideous. But I will definitely be renting from them again in the future

My rental car was ready on time. When I dropped it off, it took less then 10 minutes, to complete my check out. When I talked to them over the phone, all of my questions were answered. Thank you Bryce, and Brian.

The car I rented was returned damaged and the Sonora manager Caleb with assistance from Issac really went above and beyond to fulfill the reservation I placed. They turned what could have been a transportation disaster into a wonderful experience. We were leaving early the next morning for my niece's wedding and Caleb really pulled through for us. Securing the car and making our trip possible without ever stating he wasn't able to honor my reservation. I really appreciate the effort they gave us and will recommend Enterprise to anyone based on the amazing staff at the Sonora Enterprise. Thank you so much for everything you did Caleb!
