Since Jan 2025, I've rented 13 vehicles from Enterprise, mostly from this branch, totaling approximately 55 days, and I anticipate renting a similar number by year's end. I've been a loyal Enterprise customer for the past eight years as my company uses Enterprise and National exclusively.
That said, I did want to share some constructive feedback regarding the condition of the vehicles at this location. I've noticed that many of the cars tend to have high mileage and appear to be less well maintained. My most recent rental, for instance, had a noticeable hole in the driver's side carpet where your heel rests—this caused my foot to get caught a few times while driving. Additionally, the CarPlay feature, which I rely on for navigation, was not functioning properly. All states in the Northeast prohibit drivers from holding their phones, which makes having Apple CarPlay to mirror GPS directions a practical necessity. The radio was missing a button, and the passenger seatbelt sensor appeared to be faulty—it was triggered everytime I placed my phone or another light device on the seat.
Previously, I had been renting from the Brookline, MA branch before it closed for renovations. While I understand that location was larger, the quality and upkeep of its vehicle fleet were consistently excellent, and I hope to see similar standards at this branch moving forward.

I was in a horrible car accident. Rather, a motorcycle recklessly ran into my brand new car! Never mind my physical injuries, the damages to my car were complicated and required 3 separate collision center to dealership repairs. I was beyond impressed with Entrprise car rental. Their staff, Mike and entire team, were professional, kind, and had such a "can do" positive attitude. Despite my hardships, they had a way to lift my spirits and take care of all my car rental needs! I even got a flat tire and they made that seamless too. The enterprise on Cherry Ave across from Best Buy in Long Beach is like a Disneyland of car rental! They value the customer experience and everyone on their team cares. For that matter, all enterprise car rentals prove to me they are the industry's best. All three car rental experiences were 5 Stars or more. Thank you so much,
