Excellent experience! I walk with a cane, and they accommodated me by not having me stand up after just sitting down in the waiting area. Instead, the agent sat next to me and we completed the rental transaction right there in the waiting area.

Don't pick up your vehicle from Elmira, NY, because the car had someone's bobby pins, ponytail holder with a bunch of her hair in the passenger door. It was quite gross. When we picked up our car in Elmira, NY, the car was visibly dirty and not cleaned in any way. Imagine renting a car and finding someone else's hair in the area you need to hold to close the door. It only takes a few minutes to clean up all the garbage and to wipe the interior of your car with a Clorox wipe.
We did find our returning experience with your rental office on Staten Island to be very pleasant. Your staff was very attentive and helpful.
