The Quincy, Illinois location is really one of the best rental car places I have ever rented from. From start to finish all the employess were caring and professional which showed in their service. I really appreciated the effort they made for me after my 1st car had a low tire pressure warning light. They switched cars after taking the time to go beyond just filling the tire and sending me on my way, they determinined the tire had a leak and moved me into another car quickly. I am thankful how Chris is managing this office!

From beginning to end we were treated with a lot of respect. Even when we encountered an issue where we had to change the driver information, the staff was professional and honored our time, making the process smooth and seamless. 10/10 recommend! Pick-up went great, they made going out to the lot to pick a car out, fun and easy! Drop-off also went great, they greeted us with smiles, asked about our experience and even offered to clean out the car for us! I just wish I had the names of the gentleman that helped us, they really did amazing. It's rare to find this level of customer service and even rarer to find people who work with integrity!
