Exterior of car was filthy and interior had a smell and tire had slow leak. Had to rent due to car accident and had to deal with a lot …exchanging the car for a new one was not something I had time to due or would expect to have to do, called customer service but received no satisfaction.
I dealt with Joel Kukulu in Fort Lauderdale. He was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and at the same time personable. The next time I need to rent a car, he's the first person I'll see. I had a great experience.

Moe at the Saugus (Route 1) location delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was proactive, professional, and extremely easy to work with. From the initial call, he set clear expectations, communicated transparently, and made the entire process seamless.
What stood out most was his level of attention and follow-through. He coordinated everything efficiently, accommodated my schedule, and ensured the vehicle was ready to go upon arrival. The team was equally sharp—prompt pickup, a clean and well-prepared vehicle, and a thorough, professional walk-through.
There was also a moment of timing that really speaks to the level of service here. I had a specific need, and by chance the exact type of vehicle I was hoping for became available right when I needed it. Whether you call that luck or good coordination, Moe recognized the opportunity and made it happen. That kind of awareness and execution makes a difference.
Moe also went above and beyond in terms of customer care. He took the time to answer questions, offered helpful guidance, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. That kind of ownership and service mindset is rare.
Overall, this was a smooth, well-run operation led by someone who clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I would not hesitate to work with Moe again or recommend this location to others.

Great customer service. Was in and out of the airport after my arrival and on my way. Check in was easy, quick, and convenient.
Everything went smoothly. Enterprise picked me up from the repair shop where I left my car for and drove me to their lot to get my rental car. There was no compact available the size of my own car, but I was happy with a smaller vehicle. I was able to leave my rental car at the repair shop when I picked up my restored car.
Great experience. Quick easy ride from airport to car.Employee was great! Explained returning the car during off hours perfectly. Would rent from them again.

Enterprise has an exceptional staff of professional, caring people! I was grateful to find out I could get a ride back to my home after I turned in my rental car - a value-added option. Car was filthy, windshield and car covered in dirt and bird droppings. Windshield wipers didn't work well and it was sprinkling. Driver's car seat was stained. Other than that, the car worked well for my needs. Even though it ended up costing me a little bit more than I anticipated.

The car was very smoke filled had to purchase air cleaner and deodorants just to get in the car. All else was great a lot of road noise

It started with another rental company recommending them when they themselves couldn't meet my needs. Enterprise requires a lower deposit than where I originally went & that's what I needed. More wiggle room so that I could afford the rental, the deposit, the gas & all the other expenses required for my last minute trip out of town for a family emergency. Then, after arriving at enterprise. Not only was the whole thing affordable, but the customer service was spot on. They really made sure I had the car that I needed, that it was clean and all fueled up. They got me on the road with little to no fuss. When I needed to stay an extra day where I was out of town, extending the rental period was just as seamless and hassle free, no questions asked. Upon my return, naturally my stuff was everywhere in the car. Did they hassle me? Did they make me feel pressured & in a rush? Absolutely not. We finished my return so that I wasn't being charged for any extra time snd they allowed me to take my time & get everything out without having to just throw it in my car... which would have just created a stressful situation when I arrived home. They took the extra worry and stress away so I could focus on family and they did it at a price that didn't break the bank. Thank you for everything! I'll be a returning lifetime customer. Why 4 stars?
Because there's always room for improvement. I would say that making loyal customer discounts and bonus rental rates an easily obtainablething would be the 5 star icing on the cake. 😉
