Rental was quick and easy. The only problem I encountered which was quickly resolved when I brought the vehicle back was that the front passenger tire was too low on air which was corrected. Other than that the Grand Cherokee Jeep was a joy to drive and ride in.

The Huntington Beach Enterprise team is top-notch. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They work well with each other and with customers. The car was spotless, and the gas tank was 3/4 full (not 1/8 full as with other rental car companies). The rental and return processes were quick and easy, and I love how Enterprise *still* offers to pick you up and drop you off, even though Uber and Lyft are easily available. My pick-up/drop-off driver was lively and animated, and this, along with the great personalities of the rest of the office staff, made the whole experience kinda fun! (When is it "fun" to have to rent a car?)
