The Huntington Beach Enterprise team is top-notch. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They work well with each other and with customers. The car was spotless, and the gas tank was 3/4 full (not 1/8 full as with other rental car companies). The rental and return processes were quick and easy, and I love how Enterprise *still* offers to pick you up and drop you off, even though Uber and Lyft are easily available. My pick-up/drop-off driver was lively and animated, and this, along with the great personalities of the rest of the office staff, made the whole experience kinda fun! (When is it "fun" to have to rent a car?)

Poor customer service, I spent 7 hours of my own time trying to find a truck that I had pre ordered 10 days prior and the location at the last minute contacted me it was not available on a holiday weekend. Rude and non helpful associates at locations and over the phone customer service. So many wrong customer service issues. Too much to write. I deserve a call
