Drove in a terrible rain storm the vehicle should of had new tires, couldn't see very well windshield wipers needed to be replaced plus, we ended up noticing that the headlight was out

"On my recent rental from Enterprise, I was given a vehicle that smelled strongly of marijuana. This is a significant issue for me as an employee at Fort Gordon with a top-secret clearance, as it could lead to severe security and legal complications. Despite Enterprise employees acknowledging the smell, they initially stated they couldn't remove the vehicle from rotation. The wasted time and potential risk caused by this unacceptable situation are why I will no longer be an Enterprise customer."

I was not given the luxury of choosing the truck I needed for comfort and equal to my truck. I was told we have a small suv for you. My husband is 6'3 and I'm 5'11 tall. My truck is a Toyota Sequoia Platinum SUV. I WAS not given a choice. The insurance company told me I would have one equal to my truck. What i got was in no way equal to my truck. We had trouble getting in and out. When I returned the Rental I observed them giving the white custom 3 choices. Now he had a Dodge Ram. They went out of their way to make him happy. They all seemed to be over his truck. SUVS, ETC. I FELT LIKE I WAS LIVING IN YESTERDA YEARS.

Disapointed to say the least. Explain to me how I can reserve on Friday afternoon a model i specifically was looking for only to discover on Sat am its not available? I ask that question at checkout this am and I am told he told reservations yesterday when they called that the model requested was not availble. Question #2. Once that exchange of infirmation occurred between employees occured why was I not called? I would have happily drove to a different location to pick up the requested model. So instead of a nice midsized luxury vehicle like a caddy or audi i am placed on a vehicle that this 71 year old needs a latter to climb in. My patio home garage is not big enough to garage the tank and my diveway is too short to park it in. So i call at 930 to let them know i was running a bit late and at 10 i learn the vehicle not availble. What options do I have? I need the vehicle. This tranaction is deceptive and a very poor business practice. Enterprise has lost its way. Consider me very unhappy.

Staff was great, timely and courteous Ive been to the Rialto Enterprise location several times and has had great service. Staff is great and the cars are great. I appreciate the ride back home after I return the car. 👍🏾

The jeep we rented was clean inside and out and in good shape. The gentlemen who checked us in to the car at the Pittsburgh international airport was first class. We had a long day of travel and delays, and he was the bright spot in the whole trip. Kudos to him and the enterprise team in Pittsburgh!

Long wait for a Sunday pickup even with a reservation at the West Colonial store. The CSRs helping us were extremely patient with all the rude customers. I felt bad for them. Enterprise should make sure their is more coverage on a "Retrun Sunday". Kudos to those guys AND no kudos to Enterprise operations.
