The staff at the Anacortes Enterprise office were very accommodating. They picked us up at the ferry terminal & took us to their office. Everyone at the Enterprise office was friendly & helpful. This was the best rental car experience my wife & I have ever had.

Poor customer service. Car had no gas, was not explained anything about the car. Never received a receipt and was told they sent it. Had to call 1-800 to get a copy.

I've rented from Enterprise many times. This time it was due to an accident that I was not at fault. I don't feel I should pay the $50.00 deposit. His insurance should pay it. That's my only concern. I'd rent from Enterprise again if needed.

Over all a good experience. Some minor issues with the car such as bad windshield wipers and windows fogging up which made for bad driving conditions. The car stalled out at one point as well. We had a beautiful car that did manage to get us to our destination and back. Plenty of room along the way! Was quoted the wrong price originally however they worked with us and we was still able to take our trip. So that was Awesome. 👏 definitely recommend enterprise over budget rental any day, we walked out of budget as they was totally rude over there. The workers at Enterprise where very down to earth and super friendly!

I couldn't be picked up as you advertise. There was not enough personnel to do so and when I turned the car in, it was never recorded and I received a call the following day wanting to know where the car was. It was on the lot.
