Poor Vehicle Condition & Safety Concerns
My rental from Enterprise was unacceptable, strong dog odor, pet hair and dander inside, and a windshield so spotted that driving in the rain was unsafe. I returned it a day early and went to another company. Brandon was helpful, but pickup was chaotic with long waits. This car should be removed from the fleet for both safety and cleanliness reasons.

Excellent location and staff made the rental process a breeze. The only thing is that there was no way that I could figure out how to charge my iPhone in the 2024 Chevy Malibu even after checking on YouTube and with manufacturer site.

We booked a car rental for a noon pick up. When we arrived at noon, the office was closed.
We had to scramble to find another enterprise outlet in the area, book an Uber ride to get there, and then had to pay a higher price for the rental.
We wasted hours of our precious vacation.

They didn't care about customer satisfaction. They just wanted to charge the highest rates for a car that was damaged on the outside and had a hole on the drivers side floorboard. And once you are locked in to a reservation, you get additional charges for trying to change anything.

The Enterprise located federal and sample Have the best customer service! They make it possible for me. What I like the most they didnt cancel my reservation even though I was so late for pick up!
