The overall experience was good, but I did not appreciate the late charge for retuning the vehicle when I received an email stating had a certain time to return the vehicle but was charged a late fee when I returned the vehicle.

Made reservation on my phone for dates in area we were going to be there. After arriving in area, called and asked for a pickup the next morning. Was called a couple of times, approx 15 minutes before pickup time and then a couple of minutes before arrival.
Picked the vehicle up and kept for amount of time rented for.
Returned vehicle and was taken back to where I was staying at.

Enterprise has no peer in it's industry. I am comfortable and confident in their service and grateful for their service to the public. Every vehicle given to me was so nice, my biggest fear was that it would be stolen while I was sleeping or in the building working.

We had a great experience at the Enterprise Livingston Road, Oxon Hill branch. Ms. Brown was very helpful, when we said the car was too small for our family, she quickly helped us work with the insurance, which will pay for the rental, to get a better one. We truly felt her concern, not just business. The guy who inspected our return was also very friendly.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise, thanks to their representative, Cam. He was extraordinary—friendly, professional, and so helpful when I picked up my car. Received a phone call to confirm my SUV rental the afternoon the day before. Arrived at 9am pickup time the next day and was told no SUV's are available for me.
Enterprise staff member asked me to wait and retrieved a Range Rover that had been recently returned but not cleaned/deodorizer with just a quarter tank of gas remaining. The lack of cleaning was a major issue as the previous renter had most certainly smoked cigarettes in the vehicle while utilizing the AC.
It took about a day and a half of driving with the windows open and AC on in order to clear most of the strong cigarette odor.
Maintenance of the vehicle was also questionable as I received warnings to check the oil coolant fluid levels every 15-20 minutes during the trip which can cause some concern especially for longer duration rentals.
Drop-off was swift though which was nice. I really hope they took the time to clean and check the car before renting the vehicle out to the next person.
