I was issue a vehicle with one hub cap missing.and the bumper Conner on each end popped a lose as I was returning it.and I return a day before my due date. 🙁
Well our vacation started out a bit crazy with our rental mini van breaking down on day two. We had to go to an airport to exchange where we did wait several hours for a new mini van. I would not recommend calling the call center as they marked me down for a new rental instead of an exchange and attempted to charge me double my original. After further discussion, I was able to get a new mini van that was well kept and completed the rest of my trip with it. The Reynoldsburg location was fantastic to deal with but I did not like the airport staff in Greensboro as they were slow to deal with only minimal amount of people working. After I returned, my original people that I worked with made things right and were very considerate of my wasted vacation time. I really appreciated them and they are the ones who made me want to give 5 stars and rent from them again.

I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I needed a rental because my car was in an accident, and when I scheduled the appointment, I was told someone would be waiting for me at the body shop. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I ended up waiting over an hour before they finally came to pick me up.
To make matters worse, when I called to check on the status, my call was actually hung up on, which only added to the frustration.
Once I arrived at the location, the rental process itself seemed to go smoothly and the car was fine. However, I later found out that the vehicle I was given—one I did not request—came with a small upcharge. This was never communicated to me at the time of pickup, which added another layer of unprofessionalism to the experience.
The issues continued during drop-off, when my card was charged incorrectly. I then had to call the branch six different times just to get the error corrected.
Overall, while the vehicle itself was fine, the customer service, communication, and overall professionalism were extremely disappointing. I expected much better, especially given the situation I was already dealing with.
