The company enjoys a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, with numerous reviews praising the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of the staff across various locations. Customers consistently highlight the smooth rental process and the quality of the vehicles. However, some concerns arise regarding staff training on company policies, leading to occasional issues like unauthorized charges and vehicle maintenance oversights. Overall, while the majority of feedback reflects high satisfaction and a willingness to recommend the service, addressing training and communication gaps could further enhance the customer experience.

Abby slays. Best enterprise person ever. She made me want to renounce evil and praise enterprise.
One of the worst experiences I've had in all my year of renting from enterprise
I reserved a suv that they let me down on then gave me a broken truck then they put me in a small car after wasting a full day that I paid for. Then say they found "cigarette ash " in the back seat so they had a reason to keep my deposit
Im extremely disappointed in the customer service and I've asked to talk to a manager and I was told I would get a call back 4 different times and I've yet to be contacted by anyone
I was in the area from out of town when my car broke down unexpectedly. I took an Uber to the closest Enterprise and the customer service representative went out of his way to handle my transaction quickly so I could make it back to my car before the tow truck arrived. I was so overwhelmed when I arrived, but their service was so efficient and helpful that my stress level decreased exponentially by the time I drove off the lot. Highly recommend this location!
Easy to deal with. Nice workers. No problems at all. Explained everything I needed to know.
This is my first time renting a car, at first I searched on Google. It is the company that has the best ratings and the best reviews. I chose it and I am completely satisfied with my choice. Thank you Enterprise
Overall Excellent experience from start to finish. Enterprise representatives were very professional. Definitely recommend Enterprise.
Very good place to rent cars. Never had a really big issue with them. Very friendly and understanding on your rental needs.
Location is convenient, Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Car selection is good. I would definitely consider renting from them again!
Enterprise in Sherman TX made renting a car hassle free very easy and the staff were all very nice and very helpful all around great people and a great experience.
Rental was great at Enterprise. No problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that a Nissan Altima has very narrow seats for a larger person driving and buckling seatbelts. That is not the rental's fault though.
Easy process chris is professional and excellent he found my favorite brand car so I'll definitely go back to rent there.
They very professional and made me feel welcome, they offered to help in every way of car renting, their auto was very clean and performed very well over the road with great gas mileage.
Great service, good car, pick up and drop off service. Great. On time, no wait service. Fast, knowledgeable and pleasurable people. Easy to deal with. Would recommend
The people were very nice. They had my vehicle when I needed it, and return was very easy I would recommend again.
Extremely disorganized, rented unreliable and dirty vehicles, difficult to reach on the phone, and charged $250 to help when the key fob was stolen. They did not have an extra at the location. Terribly disappointed.
I recently helped family members move to a town almost 400 miles away. I reserved a car to return home as I drove the moving van to the new town. When I tried to pick up my car I was told that the town I live in does not accept one way vehicles and had to scramble to find another way home. This information should have been made clear upon making the reservation online.
Went to collect a car I had booked with the lisburn outlet. Was told, after they had checked my driving license, that I had failed to pass their underwriting, specifically, they could not link my name to the address on my driving license. Therefor they could not rent me the vehicle. This was witnessed by a family member who also confirmed that I lived where I said I did! Not of interest, no car. They said that there was nothing they could do, and that was that. Quite incredible service. I later complained, since the refusal actually cost me £200+ and was told that there was no contract, no money changed hands. The agreement, therefor to rent a car, was meaningless. Enterprise ignored all further emails from me and also ignored my request as to the company that supplied the security check. I did trace said company in the end and not only was my address registered and correct, but there were routines that companies, like Enterprise, needed to follow in the interest of due diligence in such instances as this. Let's face it, if it is about not being able to match an address to a name, it cannot be that difficult to put the mistake right. I am, btw, in my '70's, so not exactly your typical terrorist. All this info was emailed to Enterprise, who totally ignored it, COULD NOT CARE LESS!
For several days we tried to rent a car after my car broke down on August 15 in the Basque Country (France). Our insurance company organized the loan of a rental car through Enterprise Rent-a-Car, which we were to pick up in Biarritz late on Saturday morning, the 17th. Early Saturday morning, the Biarritz branch called to ask us not to come, as there was no car available: we had to call the Pau (airport) branch again on Monday morning, where a vehicle would be available. On Monday 19 morning, we called this agency who informed us that no car was available that day, but confirmed "absolutely" that a car would be ready for us the following day, Tuesday 20. On Tuesday, after an hour's drive from our residence, I arrived at the agency and the employee, whose first name was Quentin coldly told me that there was no car available for me and that the reservation had been cancelled on Monday! By whom? Not by me! The only answer I got was a pout from him! When I calmly and politely asked Quentin what alternative he proposed, he ignored me. Slumped in his chair, he stared at his screen, as if I no longer existed. I slapped my documents on the counter with the palm of my hand, trying to get his attention. I should point out that I was always polite. Annoyed (one could be less!), but polite. Quentin then straightened up and told me straight out that he refused to talk to me, that I had "publicly humiliated" him (it was just him and me...) and that he was now refusing to deal with me.
The fact that I was stuck at the airport with my wife because of a mistake made by his company didn't change his attitude because "I had shown him a lack of respect" (I still wonder how...) As for the professional respect due to me, he trampled it. I consider that he was below par professionally. That's no way to treat a customer! Fortunately, we found a solution with another car rental agency in the immediate vicinity, with very friendly and helpful employees. The exact opposite of Quentin.
I'll never rent a car from "Enterprise rent-a-car" again.
I rented a 2024 VW TAOS in St. Joseph MO. On July13th I had 3 warning signs come on. On July 14th I went to the Hot Springs location for a switch out. I talked to Jimmy Williams, who was nothing but a smart $#*!. He told me that could nothing for me until the end of the week, if I was lucky. All he could say, that he had 55 reservations and no way to help me. He wanted me to drive to the Little Rock airport and put the safety of my family and myself in harms way. I wanted this person fired.
I called Benton Arkansas and got the same song and dance. Is this how Enterprise helps its paying customers in time of need? So, I went to a local business in Hot Springs and gt the car repaired at MY COST.
I don't know if I will use this company again, I want somebody to lose their job or jobs to show others how not to treat existing customers in time of need.
I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental in Enterprise AL for an accident that occured. The insurance company paid them, and the body shop was not done so Professional Body Shop paid Enterprise Rental the two days that the insurance company did not pay. The check has cleared and has been cashed by Enterprise Rental - On July 8,2024 Enterprise Rental charged me the amount that Professional Body Shop has already paid and they have refused to refund my payment that they took fraudulently - the Area Manager or the Manager keeps putting me off and stating that they have to get more information. Professional Body Shop has sent them the cleared check and that it cleared over 3 months ago. This is such bad business and on top of charging me 3-4 months after the rental not once did they reach out to me to even discuss this. Very poor management.
Answer: They do not respond to complaints. Which is kind of frustrating when you have a complaint.
