Have always had great service and cars from this location. Unfortunately, this last rental was not up to clean standards, however, we were compensated for our inconvenience.

The car was in rough condition. I certainly could not use it if I had co-workers in it.
From a distance it appeared "ok". The wheels were scraped up, the seats were very dirty, the wipers were old and borderline dangerous. The windshield washer warning light stayed on. I had to pay for an extra day since there was no way to return it on Sunday.
It served its purpose, but I'm guessing "Thrifty Auto", or "Budget" would have had a comparable vehicle for less money.

Working with Mr. Neil Thomas at Enterprise in Lewistown, PA was a truly positive experience. Mr. Thomas is very customer oriented. He worked easily in tandem with my Erie Insurance and Lake Chevy Collision Repair shop. I was able to pick my car up at Lake Chevy and drop it off there. Everything worked like clockwork. There were no surprise charges at the end. The 2024 Ford Escape they provided me was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out. The experience exceeded my positive expectations. Thank you Mr. Thomas and Enterprise. I would highly recommend them without reservation.
The process is always fine obtaining a vehicle and the staff is great. But my main concerns are that you folks run the cars through a car wash but the windows on the inside are very dirty. It makes it very difficult to see thru when it is sunny. I always have to clean the interior windows when I recieve a vehicle. One more thing now that winter is upon us. My last rental I had to travel to Ohio. While coming back I was driving thru the mountains in Pittsburg and it was snowing and the temp was 18 degrees. The rental was from Florida and the windshield washers froze up and did not operate. All cars should have washer fluid in it good to -25 degrees so it does not freeze up. Thank you.
Everything was great. Only down side is that it's super expensive to rent a tiny car. Hence, the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Customer service was excellent
Have been a customer for 20+ years. Enterprise has met my needs and requests for a variety of situations over that time. The vehicles have always been in good shape, clean, and got me and the family where we needed to go!
I have had a wonderful experience with Tim and Will. Tim kindly called to remind me to pick up the vehicle. At that moment, Enterprise had a limited selection, so he suggested I take the Mazda CX90. He mentioned that it was an upgrade since there were no other options available unless I was willing to wait. I followed his advice, and the vehicle turned out to be excellent for highway driving. When I returned, Will was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I really love this location.
Location was run down with stained ceiling tiles, frayed carpet and understaffed. The vehicle I received was filthy dirty. Agent offered to clean seats but it didn't help. Review is based upon condition of this particular location and the vehicle being filthy. The agent was kind and courteous.
