My experience with enterprise in west mifflin on Lebanon church road was AWFUL! Danielle was NOTHING nice and inhumane. I went in to renew a contract and was told I would not get the key back and left my family and I in the cold parking lot with a baby, an 8 yr old car seats, Christmas presents, a stroller, boxes and person belongings, because of a rate disagreement that I was told I could be offered! The situation was awful and I am extremely distraught over it
