I'm a long time Enterprise customer. I travel extensively for work. Enterprise is always my first choice. Their customer service, communication, quality of care is top notch.
Picked up car from Savannah International Airport. Which didn't start to good. It was a corporate pickup and the company agency left off payment info. But once that was squared away it was good to go. They even upgraded me to a full size. A 2025 Malibu. My drop off date was the 16th in Winder, GA. Where as I was closing one contract and opening a new one. They didn't have anything on the lot comparable to the one I was in. They said I could keep the car for the new contract. Good customer service. But, on that following Thursday the 19th I started the car to allow ìt to warm up cause it was in the low 30's. Was talking with co-worker when the car locked itself with the fob inside. I call Enterprise Roadside assistance 1 a.m. said someone was 45 mins away. 45 turned into 90 mins. That 90 turned into they can't get no one out to me till 730 am. I explained to them the car was running and it was 30 degrees outside and I'm stranded to which feel on deaf ears. Long story short after spending all night in the freezing cold I wait till 730 and one shows. I made 8-10 calls to roadside assistance. After 4 or 5 vendors that was suppose to show up someone finally got to me and unlocked the car at 1130am. So, it took them 10.5 hrs to get someone to unlock the car. Don't know why they couldn't contact OnStar to unlock the vehicle. But have me wait that long in the cold was just not right. And I have pay a 55.00 fee for them coming out. What kind of customer service is that?

Employees are doing their best with conflict resolution, understaffed and depending on who you speak with there is discrepancies on rental terms & policies and non documented communications resulting in unnecessary escalated issues. Staff seemed stressed on both pick up of rental and drop off due to these issues. This was an insurance claim and there was a lot of miscommunications and unnecessary stress of a process that should be streamlined.
The first car had over 60,000 miles with lots of dents and hail damage. The car windshield was dirty on the inside. The second vehicle was in much better condition but still needed windshield cleaning.
I placed a reservation for a crossover SUV with the Chadds Ford PA location, weeks before the 19th. I called the day before to ask if I could potentially show up earlier than my reservation time of 12 PM. I was told that would be fine
When I went to pick up the car at the reservation time of 12 pm I was told the car was given away, without my knowledge the reservation time was changed to 730 AM! I received no phone call or email indicating the change in reservation time or call to be informed that the car was going to be given away. Completely and utterly unprofessional. I asked the attendant if I could use any of the MANY SUVs in the lot. But was told they were "reserved", incredibly insulting that my reservation was not being honored but others were. The attendant then contacted other locations to find an SUV And she did, at a location 40 minutes away in the opposite direction we were traveling! This hour and half delay caused us to miss a family event and put our drive to North Carolina during rush hour traffic.
The failure of the chadds ford enterprise locations cost me and my partner many hours and additional fuel costs. Not even mentioning frustration of having deal this COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE SITUATION.
If enterprise hopes to receive any of my business in the future, you will need to adequately compensate me for ridiculous failure to conduct a professional business.

The lady that helped me was very compassionate about her job and very nice. Enterprise needs more employees like her.
I love the professionalism of the staff at the Cedar Hill, TX location. I was in and out in just a few minutes when I picked up my rental and when I returned it. I highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs and I appreciate the staff for their warm smiles and willingness to help throughout the entire process.
