I used Enterprise for rental because my car was being repaired after an accident. The personnel were courteous and seemed interested in my well being and were diligent to recognize and issue with my insurance company. They worked with me and made sure that I (personally)was not charged when I shouldn't have been

The service was excellent during the initial rental and the return of the rental.

That was my only issue was the vehicle. Customer service was fine!

Initial contact difficult to establish, but in person contact went very well with an upgrade because of contact difficulties. Good experience overall.

Does not have enough vehicles in your price range. You reserve a vehicle and then they switch it a more expensive vehicle.

I had to rent a car because my car was in for repairs at a local collision shop. I was no sure how to coordinate with State Farm to make sure my benefits were maximized. The agents who assisted me were patient and very helpful with the process. The car was clean and ready to go when needed. All in all a great experience.
