I rented the vehicle through my insurance company. I was given a code and rental price for a mid-sized car. The rental price was for an economy car. The interior of the rental car was dirty and had existing damage. Be sure to agree to a price and size of vehicle BEFORE you rent.
My rental was great and they checked up on me to make sure all was well. They are the only company we have rented from in the past. Too bad we can't earn points towards future rentals.
Anthony was so helpful when I first made the reservation and picked up my car. I had to make a few extentions on my rental and every time they were friendly and helpful when the rate changed due to the holidays.

I have rented from this place several times over many years. The cars are always very clean and almost brand new. The highest odometer on any car I rented was 35K. My latest car had 14K. They were able to accommodate me even with no advance notice and arrive in minutes at my location promptly. They have a large fleet of diverse vehicles. The employees are friendly and helpful.
It took only 3 minutes to get the car and off was completed in a minute.

Got stranded after our transmission went out. This happened of course over the Christmas Holiday! Could Not find a ONE WAY rental! Finally found one through Expedia-through-Enterprise! Praise God!
I was rear-ended just before Thanksgiving and was set up for a rental through Enterprise while my car was being fixed. From the beginning, renting a car was smooth and straightforward. The agents over the phone were very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything to me step by step. On the day of drop off, one of the agents at the actual location called me to see if they could reach out to GIECO and upgrade my rental to something similar to what I drive. They were able to accommodate me without any hassles or problems. The car was clean, the gas tank was full upon receiving it, and no mechanical issues were noted. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. I am happy with how everything went and would recommend Enterprise to anyone.
Horrible service, office didn't open when it was supposed to. Messed up my contract, gave me a vehicle over my insurance limits, tried to rent me a customers car. It was a joke.
