Communication is key and it was very poor.
My funds from my deposit was used without my consent due to the fact that I did not extend the vehicle to a certain date I did not agree with. All employees from the stores I spoke with were very rude and didn't have any sympathy whatsoever to help me with my poor experience. Speaking with customer service they did their best to help me resolve. I feel like nothing was resolved at all leaving me unsatisfied.

The first vehicle rented resulted in a dead battery on a Sunday evening. Enterprise sent a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle. The next day, Enterprise brought me to their location to rent a newer vehicle. Enterprise handled direct payment to my insurance company. They also handled both delivery and the pick up at the repair facility. Enterprise is a 10 star rating company, and I will always rent from them, and recommend to others. Thank you, Enterprise, for your great service!

My Lexus NX450h+ service will done in the late afternoon at Longo Lexus. Their Loaner were all out. The service manager gave me an Enterprise rental car at El Monte Toyota. I was informed waiting times 30 to 45 minutes. I waited 4 hours to drove the car for work. I was late 2 hours for my shift lost 2 hours pay! And this late points could cause me lost 3M job! It's cost too much to drive Enterprise rental car! Enterprise staffs should do better. And avoid this location Enterprise rental car.
They were fast and efficient.They are easy to contact. If I have any questions they are ready to answer them.And I would definitely rent from them again or if I have any car problems I will use a rental service during that time.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. When I picked it up, the tire air pressure was low, which was not only inconvenient but also unsafe. It's frustrating that basic checks like this weren't done before handing the car over.
Additionally, the car was old and clearly in need of service. It didn't feel reliable, and it's unacceptable for a company like Enterprise to provide poorly maintained vehicles to customers.
I expected better quality and attention to detail from Enterprise. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their standards.
