Pick- up and drop off was quick and easy. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was clean and ready for the road trip. The online booking was easy to navigate with a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. I was very satisfied with all aspects of doing business with enterprise!

My most recent experience was a dramatic improvement from my last. Staff were attentive, looked up when I walked in the door, there was dialogue to make sure the right person was taking care of the right customer to keep things moving, and I had no problem getting an upgrade at the counter for a rental a repair shop was paying for. My only complaint was that the vehicle I rented wasn't best equipped for our bitter cold in Minnesota, but I know they have the inventory they have on hand to work with and nothing more.
