I haven't rented a car in a long time and my recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was incredible! I was provided a rental car by another persons insurance company after and accident and I have to admit I was skeptical that things would go smoothly with this process. Was I surprised when I called Enterprise and talked to a very professional and kind female agent (I regret that I didn't write down her name) who made this entire process so very simple. She said the car would be waiting for me at Enterprise on the day I was going to take mine to the shop and that they would provide me with a vehicle that closely matched my car. When I told her I was having trouble finding a ride from the shop to Enterprise, she said an agent would be waiting for me at the shop when I dropped my car off! Just as the female agent had said, Ryan from Enterprise arrived at the shop shortly after I did. Ryan was professional and personable and we talked all the way back to Enterprise. When we arrived at Enterprise Ryan expertly took care of everything and allowed me to select the car I would be renting! When I asked Ryan if someone could drive me back to the shop when I dropped the car back off at Enterprise he said that was no problem and that I could just leave the car at the shop and they would pick it up later. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the service provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car!

Make sure you watch out for the gas gage when picking up and dropping off. They tried to charge me for 2.9 gals of gas that was short from when I picked up the truck. The o ly way the customer has is the gage. Customer can not see exact gallons in tank or used. SCAM.
