I have been using Enterprise for years…but lately the customer service was the worst! Grady was the employee with the worst attitude ever. His under-toned racism was definitely a deal breaker for me! I felt so uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The crazy part is he was not even the employee I worked with and yet he made it seem like the employee i was working with didn't know how to do his job. I used to like Enterprise but you guys have really lost y'all way as long as Grady is at this company I will no longer use you all.

Great service. Very fast. Hertz called me last minute to inform me they didn't have a car even though I had a reservation. Walked in to Enterprise and they literally had me on the road in 10 minutes.
I have to say the people who work at this white Bear Lake location from the guy that cleans the cars to each of the people I have interacted with at the front counter, truly embrace guest service. I'm always asked if there's anything else they could do for me. The cars are consistently clean. I think the only way they could make this place would be to put a water cooler in the lobby and a cheese plate on the front counter. Were that the case they would probably be asking you if you need a refill. This is truly a service minded culture.
This enterprise located in Alameda was the best car rental I've ever been to👍🏽

My experience was very good they had a vehicle ready to go for me when I got there and they were very professional. On returning the vehicle we were in and out within 10 minutes and on our way Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anybody that needed a rental car.

I had a reservation *******720 at the 1889 N Congress Ave WPB, Fl ******* #*******585 location, this one Worker (I believe Alec) n Manager Peyton made me feel like Nothing, for something Alec fail to inform me why on the phone with me prior to me arriving, I called for pickup, he told me they didn't have any drivers, then he agreed to pay for my Uber. I get there than he tells me I need a light bill cause my address wouldn't verify, (the address they pick me up from Multiple times) why he didn't tell me this when we were on the phone after he pulled up my acct, I don't know. So, he can't rent me a car, remind you I rent from them ALL the time at lease 8 times last year. I told him that was unfair to me n I was going to leave a review, then Peyton who were helping another client he jumped in, went off in a very scary way on me n to find out he was the manager, I was scared after making me feel like NOTHING in telling me I could not rent from you all again was like adding gas to his fire. NOT once I was disrespectful, He made a bad seem (LOUD) to the point the boy he was dealing with started saying something to me BUT really wanted to say something to him (Peyton). With Peyton in the client, I felt really threaten. I will tell EVERYONE I know to Never go there, cause at that place TODAY customer service WASN'T there. All because of me stating I was going to make a review. NO car n out of $25 dollars for Uber. Lesson Learned
Initial online reservation process was quick and convenient. Called with question about rate; received prompt, clear answer. Greatly appreciated customer service at front desk at both check out and upon returning rental car. THX!
