Shorty after picking up my rental I started having mechanical issues with the car. A plastic part was dragging underneath the vehicle. Unfortunately the downtown office had already closed. In my haste of trying to figure out what to do, I called the Enterprise 800 number. Within 10-15 short minutes the young lady that answered the phone had rectified the issue and gave me simple instructions how and where to exchange the vehicle. In no time I was on my way.

Car had multiple points of damage. Had it not been suggested by your employee that I do a walk-around, I might've been charged for them. Because of that, the refueling fee was waived by that employee, Yarick. HOWEVER, on my invoice you charged me for refueling even though, when returning the car, the check-in employee WAS AWARE of Yarick's accommodation. I'm very disappointed in Enterprise.
Agent was very helpful, however van wasn't washed inside or out. Had to clean inside and windows before trip. Empty gas tank with only 46 miles left in tank.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Due to hail damage to their fleet, we were upgraded from a Camry to a Rav. We have used Enterprise 3 times in less than a 12 month period and intend to lease again this Summer.

You won't get better customer service anywhere else. I thought I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Forget the other Enterprise places, this one in Athens, TX puts them to shame. Extremely professional and the level of service is unmatched. Promote the blond before she gets away.

Reserved a small Nissan sedan for 1-day rental, but not the smallest. Got a 2-seat Mazda. Was told I could pay extra for a large pickup truck. What's the point of the reservation? The vehicle was cramped and extremely uncomfortable. No receipt provided and it's a week later. No deposit returned either. Absolutely no way to find my receipt online or through the app. Totally unacceptable!
