Good experience. It's was a rental without reservation but the staff did everything to find the car that I needed.
Either overcharged or incredibly too expensive. A Toyota Corolla: for 3 days in San Rafael, CA, estimated the charge at$459.71 or $153/day. They actually charged $759.71 or $253/day. I'm discussing this with Enterprise.

Beautiful automobile, vehicle pickup and drop off very easy. Why I give a poor rating is due to the fact that I had to pay $150.00 for uber costs, as I was promised there would be someone there when my flight arrived for me to pick up the keys. I remained in contact with the facility regarding my flight delay and my arrival time. Each time I was promised someone would be there for me to get keys, till 2:00a.m.
There was no one there when I arrived, at 1:20a.m. Therefore, I had to uber to the hotel and back to the airport to pick up the rental car and had to wait till they opened at 8:00 which also negatively impacted my morning schedule.

I've had a bad experience with another enterprise location, so I decided to switch to the Great location in souderton, and I didn't regret, nice and attentive agents helped us find the right car thanks
