Good customer service.They gave me a ride from where I dropped off my car to be fixed. I did not need to go to enterprise to drop off the car they picked it up from the garage when I went to pick up my car after it was fixed.

The rental office is less than inviting, but the employees were nice. The pre-rental maintenance was less than adequate on the truck I rented.
They had a plenty of vehicles for me to choose from at the last minute. I had chosen one level of vehicles that I needed, but ended up upgrading in case of bad weather moved in where I was going for the weekend. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly and completed paperwork in a timely manner. I really loved seeing the same smiling faces there that I've seen in the past which really gave me great confidence in knowing I was dealing with a reliable company and not a greedy corporation with massive employee turnovers. I will be going back for more rentals in the near future.
