I liked the fact that Jesse had always been a professional and courteous person. She made my rental experience really special. Before that was Chandler and now with them both gone from the Glendora location I won't be back.

Super easy process, very professional, super nice crew. I had questions before I booked the rental and called the store. They were very knowledgeable about their products. This is the reason I booked with them since they weren't in a rush to hang up the phone.

Confirmed my pick up time, received an email, called multiple times with no answer, and ended up waiting in the rain and cold for over an hour. By the time I got in touch with someone, they said they had no clue they were even supposed to get me.

Went to the Milcreek location. They didn't have a huge selection of cars to choose from. But overall I got what I needed.

They were ripping me off. I had the car about 4 days y'all went into my bank account seven times and had to give me $700 back and I'm still not sure that you don't owe me some more because I haven't gotten a statement from the bank but when I do I'm going to complain to the insurance company has sent me out there USAA I'm done with y'all's $#*! unless I find out that you owe me more money

Customer service needs to improve. The rep I had at pick up was rude. He had a noncaring attitude.
