Main reason for 3 stars was the condition of the cars we used - all head check engine lights on. Our confidence driving in a place we were not familiar with added a lot to our anxiety. Calls for help were unanswered. All this did take significant amount of time from our vacation unfortunately. Please be sure to run the cars a bit before venturing out long distances with them.

Enterprise is well-organized, and the staff is very professional. They take great care of their clients by addressing concerns and answering questions. Initially, I went to Hertz (another sister company), but my experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I am still struggling to get a refund for the money I used to book with them.
After that bad experience, I decided to go to Enterprise, and I was treated with respect and professionalism. They have nice cars, and I truly enjoyed driving the Malibu. I highly recommend their service!
