My rental car was there before I arrived at the Body shop.
T was EXCELLENT. He assisted me to my vehicle in that I'm wearing a medical Boot. He was patient while I called State Farm for an issue that was later resolved by Jason/Jaden District manager for enterprise.

Since my car was not damaged so bad that I couldn't drive it I didn't have to start the rental till all the parts had arrived.

I picked up my rental and then returned it the same day due to threats of severe hail. I had no place to store it to prevent hail damage but I was still charged for the rental.

The staff at Pittsburgh Etna Enterprise were all friendly, kind, helpful, considerate, and efficient. I experienced some glitches during the rental process that were not their fault, but Lincoln went above and beyond to patiently walked me through the steps to resolve the situation. When two weeks later there were further complications, he and his manager straightened things out quickly.
