I really like using Enterprise Car rentals. Their office on Sheridan drive in Amherst, N. Y. is very clean. There staff are always very courteous and extremely professional.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years, in center city Philadelphia and in West Chester, PA. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient, and have appreciated the quality and cleanliness of the cars.

I got a rental car on April 3 and it was a Hyundai ELANTRA and it got stolen within a few days of having the vehicle and come to find out. This is the number one stolen vehicle in the United States and enterprise is trying to charge me for the theft and I had no control over it. Totally unfair and heartbreaking.

He always makes me feel comfortable and supported in making a choice on vehicles as I rent from here close to every weekend.
