Please avoid this company. They will find anything to deny a claim. My car started making noise so I brought it to the dealer on June 4th. The dealer called the warranty services and an inspector went to see it. They also took an oil sample. Now they are denying the claim because of an "exclusion", which I think was made up. (Inspector is contracted by Endurance). The oil sample came up normal. If they knew about the exclusion, why waste time with an oil sample?
I called Endurance and all she can tell me is that I should read the exclusions. No help at all. I tried to cancel but she kept going back to the claim denied because of the exclusion. She was more interested that I didn't cancel (so they can collect more every month than trying to help). Finally I had to ask about appeals and she said yes but the dealer has to call (never told me I can appeal in writing or email). I spoke to the dealer rep and they were shocked this claim was denied. The dealer said they tried but the rep was rude and was not getting anywhere. Again, if they knew the exclusion, why drag it out two weeks? They are extremely dishonest and don't bs me that the inspector is independent. Endurance contracted with them so they will deny, deny, deny. I am so disappointed with this company and highly recommend to STAY AWAY, it's not worth it.
If they do want me to stay, they can reach out and apologize for being rude to me as the customer and my dealer. Two weeks, and they knew they would deny coverage. Just warning as many people as possible to avoid the frustration. I couldn't even rent a car because I did not know if the repair would be covered.
Two weeks with no car.
Don't waste your money on this company. I called and spoke with a rep over a year ago and was sold a bill of goods which would sounded good but ultimately was worthless. My kids needed a car and I had one but it was older. I was concerned due to it's age and called Endurance they informed me they would take care of the vehicle if the were issues and after speaking to the wife I agreed to the monthly payment. All appeared to go well each month the car kept working and they took my money. Then disaster the transmission threw a code and stopped working. Me being the fool I was to towed the vehicle to a shop which Endurance listed. Had the vehicle looked at and when the repairs were sent to Endurance they denied they claim. Understand I dont need a new transmission I need several items replaced which are separate but total $2000 and it caused the code to drop. After several calls back and forth the refuse to pay to make the repair. Save your money. If you are worried take the money you would pay them and put it in the bank for the repair if you can. Otherwise you will pay and reciev3 nothing in return. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Denied the only claim I have filed after paying them $4.570.40. Gave me a number for Dignifi Financial to see if I would qualify for assistance, but they do not work with the garage where my vehicle is at in a very small East Texas town. I'm stuck without a vehicle which is at Car Doctors, 2 hours away. Endurance didn't send an adjuster to the garage after getting all the maintenance records for the Jeep, just made the determination that the car was driven after the water pump had gone out. The temperature gauge got hot while sitting at a red light in Emory Texas. We crossed the intersection and immediately stopped at an O'Reilly's and got coolant. After letting the Jeep cool down and adding coolant, the vehicle wasn't leaking any fluids so we continued on our camping trip. We drove another 37 miles and were less than 5 miles from our campsite when the temp gauge when Hot and then immediately Cold. The enging then locked up. We were stranded along side of the hiway with our teardrop camper. We were fortunate enough that a local man stopped and called his mechanic, who drove out to where we were and he pulled me and the Jeep to his garage. The RV park also sent an employee out to pull our camper to our site that we had reserved. The mechanic drove me back to our campsite and said he would replace the water pump and have the Jeep back to me in a couple of hours. He called me later that evening and said that it was more than the water pump and that was when I filed the claim with Endurance. They told the mechanic, who is also the owner of Car Doctors, that they would need the service records for the Jeep and would send an adjuster out Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. No adjuster ever went to the garage. The mechanic at Car Doctors had to call Endurance and they told him the claim was denied because the car got hot. Endurance did give me the number for Dignifi to see if they would pay the claim and I could get my car running again. Dignifi said that Car Doctors isn't one of their partners and that they were unable to help. So now I have paid $175.40 for 26 months totalling $4,570.40 to Endurance for nothing. They are nothing but a scam. I canceled my Endurance policy and am filing a claim to see if I can get back any refund for the money that Endurance has been paid. Do not do business with them. They will deny the claim, saying that whenever a warning light comes on in your vehicle, you are supposed to stop right then and call roadside assistance, regardless of where you are. I wasted $4500 dollars

I have a BMW X5. I had the plan for 5 months and have made 3 claims. All three claims were denied. I have come to realize that the really don't cover anything. But the false advertising on TV says they do. I found an attorney that is handling cases against ENDURANCE I will keep everyone posted.
Bill

To all those considering using Endurance for an extended warranty,
I am writing to inform anyone considering using Endurance Extended Warranty that they are totally dishonest and do not cover repairs when necessary. I have had extended warranty coverage with this company for many years and recently renewed my coverage. I was never told that the coverage would not be valid until I had driven 1000 miles from the time of the renewal so when I submitted a claim for repairs of the ABS system, they told me it would not be covered since I had not driven 1000 miles since renewing. This is bogus since I have had this policy for many years. I waited until I had driven 1000 miles and resubmitted the claim at which time they said that I was not covered because it was a preexisting condition. I feel that using this company's extended warranty is not a good investment because of their dishonesty. I recently had to pay over $2500 for the ABS repair and Endurance should have paid this. Their coverage is definitely not worth it as they do not honor their commitments.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, C. J. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been.
Endurance plans do include a standard 30-day and 1,000-mile waiting period before coverage begins, and we’re sorry for any confusion around that. If you’d like to discuss your claim in more detail, our team is here to help—feel free to reach out at feedback@endurancedirect. Com when it’s convenient for you.

On 12/7/23 I purchased an Endurance warranty, I have a 2008 Hummer H3, I had about 172,480 miles on it when I purchased the Endurance Secure Plus warranty, I had no idea there were different levels it was never mentioned and I didn't know to ask, I asked questions related to the age of my vehicle, they no longer make them and OEM parts can rarely be found. I asked about the transmission and engine specifically, they are the most expensive to replace, was told Endurance will cover them, that is a deceptive sales tactic right there. Then I was told they will throw in this Elite Club Membership Plan, with a name like that it's got to awesome, it has roadside assistance coverage and rental car package worth $2000, if my vehicle breaks down and I'm stranded endurance has my back, and it's free, that's another deceptive sales tactic. By nature I'm normally a trusting person, this time I shouldn't have been, I'm not totally gullible and I figured they would play with the numbers when it came to repairs and I was correct. Fast forward to 02/25, by this time I have about 207,000 on the Hummer, transmission goes out, not worried, Danica Patrick will a $4000 transmission put you out of commission not with Endurance, that is an outright untruth, they made me wait almost three days for an adjuster to come out to say yeah the transmission needs to be replaced and we will only pay $1950 of a $4700 repair. There is the playing with repair costs I knew was going to happen. Well at least they help with rental cost because I am an Elite Club member, I called to set a rental and was told I reached the full amount of my coverage and no longer eligible. Are you kidding me. So according to Endurance my car was worth $1900 and that's all they will pay. No of that is mentioned by any salesman, the nasty supervisor told me it's in my contract and she would highlight it. So I asked so Endurance is ok charging me $4511.59 for $1900 worth of coverage, was told yes sir. In my opinion their deceptive sales practices makes them liars, they knew my vehicles worth and tailored their deception and lies around it. Oh and if I didn't call about a rental they would kept charging me.

I am Gwendolyn L, I gave a 5 star to Tabitha for helping me, but Endurance is not a good company, I was told that because I didn't ask to have the axle included in my service contract, that they would not cover my repairs. On their ad on tv it says the axle is included. So I will never use their service again.
We’re sorry to hear your claim didn’t go as expected, Gwendolyn. Our goal is to provide the best protection for your vehicle, and we understand this situation may have caused some stress. If you're willing, please contact us at feedback@endurancedirect. Com so we can help answer any questions about your coverage and see what we can do to make things right.

The 5 star rating is because of your associate, Tabitha, she sent me my correct contract, which is the contract I agreed to. She was able to calm me down and help me understand my correct contract.
Thank you so much
When I took the warranty out I spoke to a very polite, pleasant person but I decided to get rid of my car in less than 1 month and cancelled. I'm trying to get my payment refunded but I'm running into rude disrespecting workers. One who even hung up on me as soon as I mention a refund. I called back again and this one told me "It's only been 3 weeks i'll have to wait 6 weeks " then abruptly hung up.This seem to be wide spread in this business and I suspect this is part of their training. If I do get a refund I don't expect a full refund. I see my review won't go through unless i pick a star.that is the ONLY reason I'm picking a 1 star.
We appreciate your feedback, Susan, and are sorry to see that you may not have had the best experience. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, you may send us an email at feedback@endurancedirect. Com. We'd love the opportunity to see what we can do to make things right.

My engine light went on, I called Endurance and followed their instructions to allow the use of my repair policy. Ford dealership diagnosed the need for a new timing chain and water pump. Endurance then sent an inspector to look at the car. The inspector confirmed the need for repairs. Endurance then told me they needed receipts of my last 3 oil changes to proceed with the claim—no explanation, I inquired because I did not have the receipts. After a lot of work, I was able to get these 3 receipts from the shops they were done at. After faxing this paperwork, Ford informed me that my claim was rejected. After being bounced around with Endurance they informed me that the claim was rejected because they determined it was a pre-existing condition. We determined that my policy had a 30-day waiting period and a 1000-mile waiting period from when you purchased the policy until when it could be used. I was at 3 months and 1200 miles and therefore past the time it could be considered pre-existing. They told me that they determined that the problem had been going on longer than that and would not justify how they knew that. I told them that the engine light just went on and I immediately reported for repair! I pointed out that they can say that about any repair I file for a car that is 10 years old. They told me they cannot comment. They told me that my only recourse is arbitration, which costs $350 just to file the complaint. Water pump and timing belt repair are advertised as examples of repairs covered, I am past my 1000 miles and 1 month, it is clear that they are only interested in collecting my money and will claim any problem I have as pre-existing.

Your place is a big scam just like the rest of them. You guys don't pay nothing and you lied to people when they're signing up for your warranty. I think it's downright disgusting that you can take peoples money and then just tell him that you can't cover it's ridiculous, bad bad customer service I would not recommend this to anyone
Seems like a scam which it is. Just another way to get money outta peoples pockets. Future customers be smart and use common logic. Only great experience I had was with the last representative that helped me cancel my membership. She was very nice, and sounds like she was beautiful!

I have had a frustrating experience with Endurance over several months, and I am shocked they are still in business. Their business model seems designed to profit from loopholes rather than fulfilling their obligations.
Issues with Endurance:
Overpriced: I was paying $170 per month for a plan that I later discovered I could have gotten from Car Shield for $125. I chose Endurance, believing they were more credible.
Misleading Information: When inquiring about their services, they present appealing options but later use contract language to deny claims. For instance:
Free Oil Changes: They offer this, but only with a $50 cap and a limit of three per year.
Refund Policy: Their "full refund" is actually a pro-rated refund, and only if you cancel your plan (which cannot be due to non-payment). You must also submit a notarized cancellation request.
Coverage Denials: They denied coverage for 17 out of 18 needed repairs, including my rack and pinion, which they were supposed to cover. They claimed it wasn't included due to a leaking seal, despite their website stating they cover rack and pinion issues.
Poor Customer Service: The representatives were rude, arrogant, and dismissive in our interactions, which only added to my frustration.
Overall, my experience with Endurance has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.
I called twice to try to cancel both times they said they would defer payment I in between jobs and just cannot afford it and then they run my card. I called to say you said you were going to defer it and they said no they did not say that, a complete lie, extremely unprofessional Monisha could've been a lot more friendly and they were pretty much calling me a liar on the phone and now there's A 30 day process to attempt to get my money back very ridiculous
Great Company and I Pass it on To other people
I May Need you Service and You Are The Best in Your Business Thanks Again John ‼👍🍀👍🏼👏
Took my vehicle to CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP for some service and was promptly DENIED. Then spoke to a claims representative and was told a completely DIFFERENT REASON for the denial. I have paid in good faith for a year on this policy and this is
Absolutely ridiculous and I WILL NOT STOP INTIL I GET WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR. There is no VALID reason for this denial. I will spread the word to the half dozen or so people I know about his. Such a joke
Good explanation of policy EXCEPT agent
Failed to mention 1000 mile requirement,
Only mentioned the 30 day waiting period.
Opened account 9/5/24 but digital info received yesterday 9/17/3024. Looks like.
I will cancel. It is not in the interest of the
Consumer, only your company.
I called to cancel my Endurance aftermarket warranty on my car since I traded it on a new car. I finally got through to him that I want to just cancel my policy. He said he had to send me an email with an attachment that I could fill out and send back to him which was there only accepted way to cancel a policy. Problem with the attachment is that is a PDF file which I am not able to modify and I'm not able to print and therefore I am not able to cancel the policy. This is as I can figure out a way for them to drag out my policy after I don't need it and collect premiums. I'm 75 years old. I have limited resources as far as printing or modifying PDFs and they know it and they're gonna get their last bit of money out of me no matter what. What a horrible way to do business. I would not recommend these people.
Our car was totaled so I cancelled on the day my payment went thru which it was pending when I called to get my payment stopped or refunded and since then I have been told it takes 5 to 6 weeks so I have waited. Called today and was told wasn't getting it. Dosent seem like people know what is going on up there
