Total surprise
April 28, 2022

I'd been receiving notice after notice. I called to tell them I'm not interested several times. Today I received a notice in my married name from 20+ years ago. On the outside of the notice is the record ID. Why would that be for all to see? I'm thinking they got that info after I did a record request from local courts. Am I to expect a notice in every name I've had?

Can we say Ambulance Chaser?!

Waiting for my refund
April 8, 2022

I've cancelled this policy 3 months ago and still haven't gotten my refund. When you call they put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. The absolute worst customer service.

BEWARE OF ENDURANCE
February 22, 2022

About a month ago I spoke to an Endurance represses who told me all of the coverages I asked for would be included in my policy. Come to find out 2 months later when I took my vehicle into the dealership, none of the repairs I needed were covered. I called Endurance back and they basically told me "well you should've read your contract." Yes I should've went through all 50 fine print pages and read thoroughly, you're right but in reality who does that? I trusted the representatives word and that the company wouldn't lie to me. Huge wake up call for me but anyways don't give this company the time of day, they don't want to help, it's all just business.

Terrible experience with Endurance
February 9, 2022

Terrible experience with Endurance. They were pushy to get me into a policy and as soon as I had a legitimate claim covered under the policy terms - they simply canceled my policy leaving me with the repair bills. I spent hours on hold, at least 6 times over the course of a week fighting with them. To add to their snaky way of doing business, they don't cover a rental car during their 72 hour period where they send out a technician to verify the service being done (and they never made me aware of that.)
But the worst part is that that will do ANYTHING to get out of paying a claim. However they are adamant about taking your money. Horrible warranty company to work with per my service advisor. I recommend looking into any other warranty company and save yourself the headache.

If you are looking to get coverage of your vehicle do not choose endurance. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My vehicle has been in the shop for three months now and they continue to drag their feet even when sufficient evidence has been given that an entire engine replacement is needed. My vehicle was brought into the shop in August 2021 with smoke coming out the exhaust pipe and a low compression on one of the cylinders. Car mechanic told me that it is the piston ring and that nothing else could possibly be causing these types of experiences. After filing the claim Endurance wanted proof of maintenance which I provided to them. They then sent out an inspector to verify my vehicle had issues. The inspector wanted the tests done that second and left when my mechanic could not conduct those test because of the load of work they had. The inspector told endurance he couldn't prove anything was wrong and the company called my mechanic to tell them they were going to deny the claim because they couldn't prove anything. The mechanic then explained the issue and told them to send out another inspector. The inspector came out again and conducted the tests. Two weeks later they called to tell mechanic they demanded a tear down of the entire vehicle to find cause of the failure. I called Endurance to ask why this was needed when my mechanic has provided enough evidence that it is failure of a part included in my coverage. The customer service simply continued to state "we need the cause of failure" and never gave me a definitive answer. It is now mid-October and I have been making payments on a vehicle I cannot use, paid Endurance a large sum when I got the contract, kept my end of the bargain and played their little game that they continue to force me to play, and I have yet to see them do anything for me. Almost everything initiated with my claim has been by me or my mechanic. Endurance has not done anything for me even though I am the client. I will never purchase another Endurance warranty. The company has proven to me two things: that they really don't care about your claim and that they will do anything to push it out as long as possible.

Terrible
December 27, 2020

I called Endurance, got a warranty for my truck, then after a week they called me left a voicemail for me to call to verify some information. So I called back and had to talk to 3 people before I finally found someone that could help me. They told me they were canceling my warranty because of my tire size being too big (35"). After they told me when I first called them that the tire size was fine no problem. Apparently they are extremely picky and don't really want to protect anyone except themselves. I would recommend Ally. I called them chose a plan and had coverage within 5 minutes with no mileage requirement. Way way better. Endurance is a joke!

I would rather trust a vampire
October 27, 2020

Endurance voided my warranty claiming my tires were oversized by 4%. Than they stuck me with a diagnosis bill. And no this didn't cause my 2016 f150s torque converter to FAIL. I feel scammed by this. If you love being stuck with a diagnosis or repair bill... you would love endurance. Shame on this company. Be warned

Think twice, then think twice again about conducting business with Endurance Warranty Services, LLC

BBB Review tells the tale https://bit.ly/2wVzrXc

They're like dealing with a penny stock boiler room operation:

https://lnkd.in/eYTQ_uC
Endurance will then re-sell your extended warranty policy to Allegiance Administrators who are "a real joy" to deal with.(aka National Administrative Service Co., LLC)

Here are the folks who run this operation:

Terrible company
April 14, 2020

This is the best company to deal with when you purchase the extended warranty. Very friendly. Then when you try to make a claim, good luck. They will do anything in their power and from what I experienced fraud in order to get out of paying the claim. The same person that was so friendly when I bought the policy was terrible and rude when I tried to make a claim. One of the people who I dealt with that was terrible was Johnny M. He wouldn't give me his last name. I could write pages of details of my problems. They will refund you minus prorated days of how long you had the coverage. Here also they did not refund me the correct amount that I was owed less the prorated amount. I brought it up to them and they went silent, would not return emails or phone calls. It was not worth taking them to court.

Do not buy it's a fraud
December 17, 2019

Not real! Do not buy this warranty I bought a warranty for my mustang 2015 thinking and wanting to have peace of mind that when I was to need it I was going to get the care needed
Took my car to get a diagnosis and they told me that the AC system needed to be repaired. Endurand denied my case right away without even taking a look at it. After calling them they sent an inspector and the inspector told me that he will recomend the repairs. This morning they called me to tell me that the case was denied. They are not real they do not keep their word. I would never do business with them ever again and I am going to try to get my money back from all the monthly payments I've made to them for this false service of protection for my car. Please do your research befor buying from them I wish I did!

Scam
June 13, 2018

This company sends me these "repair bill notice" forms periodically as though there is work to be done to my vehicle. I always throw them in the garbage but now they have started sending them to one of my children who does not own a vehicle.
