I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to dealership for issues I was having with it, I was advised I needed a radiator, they got Endurance on the line, dealership was advised radiator not covered due to rust/ corrosion, the life of a radiator is 8-10 years…… doesn't matter that the part was 8-10 old, they will not cover repair! That's sad!
This is a SCAM through and through. I tried filing a claim for work that was completed and told it would be denied without even looking at what was done to my car because the dealership didn't call them before doing the work. I know that the service that was completed is covered under my contract but because of a technicality they won't even look at it. I was originally sold on this contract because supposedly they were easy to work with, but this has not been my experience. Avoid at all costs. I will pursue this further and report them to the BBB if this situation is not made right.

I started my policy 10/07/22 (after 30 day, 1000 mile) grace period. I drove 1606 miles when I had a transmission problem. Cost for repairs was $1624.67. I made a claim to Endurance, who said that they will not pay for the repair do to a discrepancy with the mileage. Do to a clerical error, I had to pay for the repair. From the beginning of this policy I was never going to be able to make a claim from day one. I cancelled my policy 01/12 /23 and asked for a full refund. I paid $599. As of 04/05/23 I have not received the refund. I've called multiple times, they said it is in the mail. To top it off, they prorated the funds I paid in. So the check is for $275. They stole $324 and they said there is nothing I can do. That was their words. Let's see if I get a check at all. Don't trust them!

Took my money failed to cover my claim. My car broke down and they wouldn't pay for repair. Stay far away from these people.
This company is a joke wouldn't call us back told us they are sending someone to look at our vehicle then made up a excuse why they didn't come and won't be. What a way to scam someone out of there money witch shouldn't be a thing and you have no higher power to talk to this place needs shut down its one big joke. We've been without a car for weeks now on top of expecting a baby. One big joke save your money and find someone that covers what they say and does there job not a scam
Don't get caught up in the warrenty scams like I did. I went from the frying pan into the fire. Had to almost sue Carshield before they paid my claim. Changed to Endurance and had the same experience. The plan stated the AC was covered with the plan I purchased. Took my BMW to the dealership and it was diagnosed with a simple AC fan blower failure. I was excited to tell the dealer I had Endurance and AC was covered under my plan. Submitted the claim for about 1400.00. Endurance denied the claim. I was stunned!
Endurance rep stated that I did not have the super package covered the AC blower and the plan I had did not cover the AC blower. I bedded to differ. Rep said read your plan coverage. I did and my plan covered AC but not the blower. I said what is the point to mention that AC repair is covered if you don't cover the AC blower. AC or heater is no good if the blower does not work. I went on and on trying to plea my case to no avail. They said "you need the super package however we can't sell that due to you having 111k miles on your BMW". I was like, aint this some s**t. Got tricked again.
In a nutshell, I suggest setting up your on slush fund checking account and dump that 150.00 per month in it instead of just giving your hard working money away to a thief. May as well burn it.
I decided to cancel my account. I almost had to call the cops to make them cancel my policy. Anyone at a company that argues with you about canceling a simple Month to month policy is NOT is a red flag and NOT a honest company. It took almost an act of God to cancel my policy. They were trying to make me sign a cancellation and get it notarized at my expense which I declined. I just had them to remove my account from auto draft and contacted my bank to notify them of this issue. What a joke company.
I suggest opening up a slush fund for repairs on your car. For the price they charge, you could manage this yourself. 150.00 x 12 = 1800.00 x 3 years =5400.00. You can pay for your on repairs with a little discipline. The uptick with this approach is you will always have access to your funds. You may have another emergency in the house such as appliance breakdown in which this slush fund would be there for you. Another suggestion is get a small loan and dump the money in a slush fund and pay the low interest loan back or secure a credit card and ONLY use it for car emergencies. What ever you do, run fast from these type predators. I understand if you are unable to secure a credit card which is who these type of companies prey on mostly IMO.
I am just saying if you have a decent running car and you have been taking care of your routine maintenance, more than likely your powertrain and or engine will not fail which is the most expensive repair a car can have.
You can handle small breakdowns having a slush fund account and just keep dumping that monthly premium that you would be normally paying them and pay youself instead. It is basically the minor less expensive stuff that breaks anyway when you have over 100k miles on your car and that is the stuff they mostly deny. They denied me a 400.00 blower. Yes it would have coat 1400.00 parts and labor but you get the point.
Good luck!
Endurance is not fair when it comes to approving a claim yo repair your car. They don't tell you all of the provisions you have to meet yo get your cat fixed. I will never take another policy with them. Prople beware.
Rebecca doesn't exist they send scam letter to get money and don't help lol. They've been doing this for years
Brought my ford pick-up in for an alternator, it's been a week and no response from endurance for approval to have work done.
My car has been at the shop for over two months. The mechanic said he has never felt with such a bad company. My car an audi S4 convertible has an issue where the timing chain guide has failed. After researching this is a common failure. Endurance had the mechanic remove the engine. After showing them the failed timing chain guides they had him remove the heads. They had an inspector come look at the engine. The inspector told the mechanic that the engine looked good and agreed about the timing issue as well as the valve guide seats being damaged. Endurance is claiming that the failing valve guide seats caused the timing chain guides to break and are denying the claim. The valve guide seats are an internally lubricated part which they claim all internally lubricated parts of the engine are covered. They are now saying that the valve seat is a seal and not covered. The valve seat could not cause the timing chain guide to brake. Do not buy this warranty. I am filing a suit against this company tomorrow.
I purchased a used vehicle and purchased a warranty for $374 a month. You have to have the warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles to make a claim. At 1600 miles I had a light come on so I brought it to a mechanic. Endurance sent out a claims investigator and said that it was too close to the thousand miles and they weren't going to approve my claim. They never returned my calls. I had to call them every day for two weeks straight and they still denied all claims. It took over 30 days to get an answer, so I had to pay out of pocket for my repair and lose the use of my vehicle for a month. Never again.
They said the part is under warranty; however, the pump failure is not covered when it is part of the suspension system. We were advised that the shocks took out the pump. It seems that everything that is wrong with my car for some reason is not covered. What is the point if they find excuses for not covering parts? Customer service is horrible-- I asked to speak with a supervisor, and Andy refused to transfer me to one. This is terrible customer service. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back a day later. I have two cars and will definitely cancel the other one. Endurance car warranty is just a big scam! President Paul Chernawski should be ashamed of himself.
Almost three years ago, my wife set up an Endurance policy on out 2006 Econoline van. When asked for the mileage, she said that the van was not there (I was driving it). My wife asked if the mileage number from the purchase agreement of a few days previous would be acceptable. The salesperson said that was OK. Fast-forward 2-1/2+ years, and several thousand miles. We had an issue with noisy axle bearings, but when the repair shop checked with Endurance, the claim was denied, due to a "mileage discrepancy". It turns out that the dealer put the mileage number on our purchase agreement from when THEY bought the vehicle at auction, and used a slightly higher number (about 150 miles higher) when they listed it on CARFAX. Either mileage number is WELL BEYOND the "one month/1000 miles" restriction that Endurance requires, before any service will be covered. They offered to "correct" the mileage discrepancy, but will not cover any repairs until ANOTHER one month/1000 mile interval takes place, and the current needed repair would NOT be covered. IMHO, this constitutes a breach of contract, and all fees collected should be refunded. They refuse to tell me how much will be refunded, until we send in the cancellation form.I do not trust them, and feel that they will use the cancellation form as our acceptance of whatever pro-rated amount that THEY choose to refund to us.
My car has been in the shop more than I have drove it (as it seems to me). They have covered everything which is great. BUT they are the worst company to deal with and they inconvenience you at their very most. Rental car for 5 days only but yet the repairs could be weeks and they could care less how to get your family around. I was stranded on the side of the road for hours because they couldn't find anyone to tow the car. I finally had someone come and get me and I left It on the side of the road for them to get and the tow company called 4 hours later to say they were just now getting it. The inspection was canceled twice and no one was notified and my car was at the shop for a whole week before anyone could look at it and I couldnt get a rental car till they came out and approved it. They don't care about you, they do the bare minimum for you. Their customer service is SO rude. I've never talked to a nice person at that company. The list could keep going. Great for coverage because I didn't have the money to fix all the repairs but dealing with them it's such a headache and they cause more stress than it's worth.
I purchased their superior coverage. I was told that they were a serious company unlike the rest of the other companies in the market. This package would cover pretty much "everything". I paid my $137 a month and felt secure that I would not be facing a huge unexpected car repair bill again.
About 6 months later my car needed repairs. I was told that there were three issues. A broken ball bearing, a malfunctioning brake caliper and a belt that needed to be replaced. Well, I told them that there is a $100 deductible but that I have "coverage". They should contact Endurance.
It turned out that the only thing they covered was the ball bearing. The rest was not covered because it was "normal wear and tear"?!. Everything that breaks down in a car can be caused by normal wear and tear. What is the point of selling a coverage if nothing is in fact covered?
I ended up with an $837 bill. They covered about $300 ($400 minus the $100) deductible.
I found Endurance to be completely useless. A waste of money.
I have tried to use this warranty several times and either it's technicality on the coverage or they only willing to pay a very small portion. I was lied to when I purchased the warranty up until now. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but IT'S OVER!
The work from home customer service is HORRIBLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE WAYYYY TO COMFORTABLE AND DISTRACTED and could CARE LESS!
If you want a warranty that covers anything DO NOT go with endurance. They will be the nicest people in the world until time comes for a repair and they will swindle you and the mechanic you are using. What a bunch of crooks, they string you along just to pull out right when time comes to pay. DO NOT USE ENDURANCE WARRANTY SERVICES
After canceling my policy because I no longer have this car, this warranty company is not returning my money, after six weeks still don't have my refund.
I was interested in purchasing warranty for my car. I got a call from one of the reps. It started well, he explained the options and I thought it was bit expensive but I was seriously considering it. I just told him that I could not do it at this moment for three reasons: I was waiting for one more quote, I wanted to run this by my wife and the biggest reason was that I was at the gym and I did not have my credit card with me ( I don't have a locker so I don't take my wallet to the gym). After I told this to the rep, he become very condescending and called me a liar ( not using this word but I got the meaning). I have been a sales manager for 20 yr and I understand how it is, and the urgency of closing the deal "now" but I find this behavior unacceptable. This is not a small purchase and some of us need to process the information. I was basically ready to take the deal but if this was the the representation of your company I may have to try to work with another company
Kinda mad I got a letter from them addressed to my dad who passed. They kept me on the phone made me believe my dad had a policy.
After research I believe my dad didn't even have a policy. As administrator of the estate I didn't see any payments to these people.
Also it seems nothing is actually covered really.
Most of these are scams unless you buy them from the dealer beware.
Also how dare you take advantage of my telling you my dad passed and possibly lying about him having a warranty with you when everyone gets the same letter.
They couldn't even send me his supposed policy.
If they can't show me his policy then I'm going to assume he didn't have one.
Every other insurance company can.
Highly suspect.
