It's nice to see that Danica Patrick is a lying thief like the rest of them...
I bought an extended warranty in March 2022 for my Porsche from Endurance. After doing research I landed on this company as the best warranty for my type of vehicle. After having the service until I cancelled in Aug. 2023. I've had so many problems with this company. I would file a claim and it takes them over a month to respond approve or deny. Then when they deny they try to skirt around responsibilities that honor the contract I signed. After sometime I decided to do more research and found out Endurance does not even cover my type of vehicle. They sub my warranty contract to a terrible company called Consumer Care Direct. Everytime I call in they hangup or send you to voicemail and give me the run around for weeks. This company Endurance and Consumer Care Direct are scams. They do not cover what you sign up for. I was charged $6934 to be treated like there doing me a favor. I want my money back from this scam company.
Had endurance for 10 months. Engine blew, they refused to pay, said they'd do me a favor and refund my premiums. The form to request the refund was a release that promised not to speak badly of them and have them the rights to my vehicle.
I called to get a quote and the guy was insisting on getting me to sign up. While i was explainig to him that i called for a quote for now,he hung up on me bc he got frustrated. Shady indeed. Get new sales people
I bought a used BMW and those are expensive to repair, so I figured I would see what Endurance had to offer after they contacted me from a google search. The sales rep told me that he also has a BMW and had to file a claim and they paid for everything, except the $500 deductible. He also informed me that it would cover everything except maintenance and was the absolute best plan, so I went with it paying just over $215/month. I noticed recently my rear air bags were leaking, so I took it to BMW since although they will cover a repair by any ASE certified mechanic, no one in the area will work on a BMW, so I pretty much have to go to the dealership. After they contacted Endurance to tell them my car needed rear airbags, they were told that Endurance will only cover aftermarket cheaper parts found elsewhere, which BMW will not install and will not warranty. So now I have no dealership to install the aftermarket parts that only Endurance will cover because they are cheaper. I called Endurance and spoke to a rep who told me that it is up to the Administrator's discretion to cover either manufacturer or factory parts, which is a very small part of my contract and was never actually disclosed to me. Although it is in my contract, when I was verbally sold this contract, NONE of this was said and I was actually told that this plan was great for my type of car and would cover everything on the car besides maintenance (tires, headlights,) The rep I spoke to on the phone regarding this issue specifically informed me that they contacted other parts stores which were cheaper and gave me the contact info for other auto repair shops to see if they will work on my car. This is ridiculous. When buying any luxury/high end car, not just any auto shop will or can work on the car. Now, they are only covering a measly $500 (or so) to my almost $2,000 bill. After review, there are many lawsuits open regarding this exact issue with this company, so I am now looking into this.
This review comes after my 3rd attempt of making a claim. Terrible customer service. Repair facilities hate dealing them.
Customer bought the top tier warranty. 4 months later the vehicle had catastrophic engine failure. Warranty company would only pay about 25% of the cost when it should have covered all of it, minus the deductible. Beyond shady. Stay far away from this one.
I purchased a car and was promised all these repairs that would be covered and I had two claims that were supposed to be covered and both were denied I found out once you submit a claim and it's denied you can't go somewhere else for another estimate because once it's denied it's considered pre existing which is a bunch of crap but that's how they make their money you make your monthly payments and when it comes time for a repair if you haven't paid enough in they deny your claim and your stuck paying for the repair out of pocket even though they promised you it would be covered. There a bunch of crooks out about 700 dollars. They promised me a full refund if I signed an agreement letter that they said they via email and yet I haven't seen that either. Don't waste your money everything they tell you is a lie and unless you have the money to hire a lawyer your screwed unless you find a class action lawsuit against them which I'm looking for right now.
I have been waiting for 4 months for my refund...I keep getting told that it will be sent...I would not recommend this company to anyone
I purchased a warranty at $149 a month and was told what it paid for and that I could choose wherever I wanted the work done and as long as it was a covered part, they would pay. Well my alternator went out and I had it towed to the Ford dealer. The Ford place wanted $800 for a new Ford alternator and the labor. Well Endurance said no that they found a rebuilt part for a lot cheaper, so they forced me to take the rebuilt part or to pay over $500 myself in addition to the $100 deductible. Even getting that rebuilt part with no warranty I still had to pay $372. The crap they tell you when you buy the warranty is all lies. And I am still waiting to reimbursed for the rental car. They do NOT pay for all the towing and rental and you have to pay it then supposedly get reimbursed. So when they tell you on the phone and in commercials that you can choose anywhere it's true but what they don't tell you is they do not pay everything and they want you to be satisfied with used parts with no warranty! I'd never purchase a warranty from them again.
I Purchased Endurance insurance warranty for Over 3 years.
Never missed a payment. And there came a time For extended warranty service. I hired a Excellent High rated company They submitted a Claim and they denied the cost of labor. I will never use
Endurance Extended warranty company again they're very deceiving They're hard to work with once you need The service that you paid for. They're willing to take You're Money And not come through. Beware, they are Not Reliable at all.
After I filled out the quote online, someone from my area code called and talked to me about all the benefit and policy coverage then he gave me a quote for over $4k with monthly $165 and $185 deposit to activate the policy. I asked I will look into if send me email with info. But he don't want to hung up, and waiting for the deposit! LOL I told him I am busy and can't pay now. He sounds disappointed, and of course that info email never appear. Therefore, I am sure this is a scam and no claim will be pay when you are in car problems.
If you have a high-end vehicle they will not PAY OUT! They will make-up a blatant lie! ENDURANCE said they wouldn't warranty my vehicle (2017 Range Rover). The first reason they said it was because I only had the policy for 25 days, and I only put 400 miles on it. I proved them wrong and showed them I had the vehicle for two months and driven over 1400 miles. Then they changed their story and came back to me with the vehicle had grime and corrosion, and it was my fault. Land Rover/Range Rover dealership told them this was not true. The 3rd party adjustor said it was probable but could not say how it happened. ENDURANCE is saying what they want so they wouldn't have to pay the costs because they are high. The mechanics and service manager spoke to them but they didn't care. I am going to get a lawyer. I don't know what else to do. Before this they told me the mileage was wrong on the odometer but when I proved them wrong, and they listened to my taped calls they realized I told them the truth, which was their mistake. I find this company shady. I would appreciate any suggestions how to deal with this company, ENDURANCE. The oil pump let go and they are saying for the amount of grime and the amount of time I drove it, does not match up. I brought the car in immediately once it started leaking. The dealership checked the vehicle and the Range Rover had no issues before I purchased the vehicle. I would gladly get a letter from the dealership for proof. ENDURANCE does not care, nor would they listen to Land Rover/Range Rover, so my only choice is to start a lawsuit.
Everyone is nice that works for them but their hands are tied and can't do anything.I pay over $600 a month for a warranty! DO NOT USE ENDURANCE!
DO NOT GET A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service. I canceled my warranty with this company and was told that I would receive a refund check 4 to 6 weeks. Every time I called I get a different answers. The keeping lying to Mr about when I will received my refund. The The worse warranty company. Do not waste your money. You will regret it. BEWARE!

I have been having issues with Endurance Warranty paying any claim for repairs on my 2019 Ram 1500. On my last claim, my repair that should have been fully cover was denied because of a less than 100 mile difference from a carfax report from two years ago and the mileage from the time of creating the policy. I had to go back and forth with this company about the carfax report being incorrect and I was told that the carfax report is never wrong and I gave them the wrong mileage. I had to contact the dealership and get a statement emailed confirming the mileage at the time of purchase and the mileage listed in the carfax was inputed three weeks after the service was completed. After those documents were approved by endurance, I was sent an email stating that the claim would be processed and that endurance would contact the repair facility. I called the repair facility on 30 May 2023 and let them know that endurance said that the repairs would be covered. On 06 July 2023 I was notified by the repair facility that my truck was ready for pickup. After I arrived at the repair facility, I noticed that I owed the total bill and endurance had not contacted the dealership. The representative from the dealership contacted endurance to process the payment and was told that the claim was denied. I called endurance on 07 July 2023 and was told that they would not honor my claim because I authorized them to fix the vehicle. This company already had all the repair information including parts and labor from the claim that they told me was covered under my policy in May. This company has made every effort to deny paying any claim and has scammed me not only of my monthly premium, but also two repair claims. I would leave them negative stars if I could!
Transmission on 2010 nissan rogue
I bought this car used after I got it I got the endurance insurance for it. I drove this car 5 days aweek to work 61 miles a day it ran great no lights on nothing wrong. I went into the hospital for 7 days 3 where in icu. I wanted to go see my sister in another state so I started to go there after about 50 miles down the freeway I started to lose lose power so I turned around and went back to town I took it to a Nissan dealership and I told them I had endurance so they looked at it and said that the transmission was going out they called endurance they sent I person to look at it he said that they would not cover it as in the life time of the car it showed 17 times it had heated up so no. The dealership dealership said that there was no way for me to know that they just didn't want to pay for it I have talked to other shops and they said the same thing I could not know. I tried to talk to endurance and they will not help me. I don't have the money to fix it.
Endurance is a Fraudulent Company! Buyers beware! Yes they are really nice when signing you up. I purchased the Endurance Secure Plan on May 4,2021. I had the policy for two years never missed a payment but when I filed a claim they were quick to send out one of their 3rd party inspectors to deny the claim on any technicality they come up with since they could find nothing else to deny it on. When I signed up we discussed that I had a 2" leveling kit on my front end just to level out the truck, "Oh that's ok" they said, but when I had the claim they denied it saying I had a lift kit. My truck is not jacked up, no has it ever been jacked up. They are only interested in stealing you money without providing any service repair. I have read many reviews that state the same thing. Do not use this scamming company they have no morals. You should put that same monthly payment in a separate personal account yourself! At least you know the money will be there when you need it for a repair! But at least I can make others aware of how they operate and hopefully steer them clear of Endurance Warranty! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
Endurance covered my Ford F350 for upper oil pan gasket and low coolant sensor. They never flinched an eye

I chose Endurance Extended Auto Warranty because they were rated number one for extended warranties but What they DON'T tell you is that when you enter into coverage with them, if your mileage is not EXACT they will not cover a thing. Paid monthly for six months and when I needed to use my extended warranty coverage, (TODAY) they would not cover a thing because there was a mileage discrepancy. I was told that I have 30 days to give the correct mileage but was NEVER told that upon inquiring about coverage. Not to mention, I never recieved an email with my actual policy information until a month and a half later...I would have thought mileage would have been verified like all other companies do with the VIN but they said it is up to me to provide the EXACT mileage. The individuals I spoke with did not care and had no compassion; Just no! We wont cover ANYTHING! Horrible Customer service at that So I wasted my money and time. Learned Lesson!
