END.com Not Valuing Customers
I had mistakenly placed a wrong order for a pair of sneaker from END.com in the UK. The sneakers received were in Boys Size instead of Adult. I'd thought UK 12 is an US 13. Long story short, I had to concur $66 dollars of return postage on a pair of $133 sneakers. When I reached out to Customer Service (David Baker) to plead forgiveness and in asking for a $66 credit to put towards future purchase. Guess what? Completely got shot down with a flat NO... Guess END is doing so well and that Customer Recovery is not within their vocabulary, especially to David Baker. Not going to be a sore loser but wanting to WARN consumers ordering through END. If that's the way they want to run their business, they will end up like their Company name...

BUYER BEWARE

I am reviewing the disgraceful practices of the "customer service" team at End Clothing. Customers beware that you will not receive your purchases and the customer service team will do very little to assist. After an admission that they failed to deliver my order for (which was a gift) for no valid reason, the "customer service" team have been extremely dismissive (in particular the "head of customer service" despite their own admission of fault. I will most likely receive a generic response here to cover themselves, however buyers BEWARE you will will not receive your items. Shop more legitimate sites like ssense.com and mrporter.com where their customer service is far more superior to this site.

If I could give negative stars I would have! I purchased shoes based on their size chart. They sent a men's size instead of a women's size. I had accounted for the difference & the difference between US & UK sizes. NOWHERE does it state on their site sizes on the size chart are ONLY men's sizes & I looked all over the site before purchasing as I'm in the US & didn't want to have to exchange or return. I called the customer service line & explained thinking they would send a return label & they told me it was my fault. I would have to incur all shipping charges back to the UK to return the shoes as it clearly states they are a menswear company on their site. I asked him to tell me where on the site. I pulled up the site & asked him to tell me where to go to find that info because I had looked before I made my purchase in the first place.He couldn't tell me where to find the info because it DOES NOT STATE IT ANYWHERE! Then he said all women's shoes are labeled women's & I said then men's should be labeled men's. I bought a floral shoe & he said that it shouldn't be assumed just because it's floral it's a women's shoe so I told him just because a shoe is a brown lace up it shouldn't be assumed/considered a man's... it goes both ways & his own argument was ridiculous. They should label both, not just men's. Despite all of this he still refused to accept the return shipping costs. So I have no shoes & have spent $40 in shipping charges for a pair of $75 shoes. I would have kept them or given them away but I don't know anyone who wears a 10 1/2 women's shoe.

Misleading sale practice

Was trying to get my purchase from them due to the quick delivery time as claimed on its website. I initially placed the order on Dec 3,2019 on the basis that it would arrive by Dec 5,2019 (as stated on its order page: "Order now to receive [date]"). It turns out my order wasn't even processed for shipment as of Dec 5 and it is impossible for the parcel to arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order and get the item elsewhere, and was told that I can only return them for refund (after the order get delivered to me) AT MY OWN EXPENSE.

Lesson learnt: Don't take the delivery time stated on its website seriously. They don't mean to abide by it.

Update (Dec 6,2019): The order status is still shown as "Order Received" only without any expected shipping date information.

I was shipped damaged counterfiet product to which they charged me shipping and return costs. Essentially I paid $50 to end up with nothing and End is all the less affected. Their customer service was about as terrible as their shipping/returns/product quality...

Never Again

Awful service plain and simple. Placed an order for 5 items and received only 1. I only found out about the actual status of my order after personally inquiring about it because nothing had shipped after more than a week. The representative I talked to told me the rest of the order that was in stock will be shipped priority for the delay but nope I then receive a email a day or two later stating that another one of my items was out of stock. Its really frustrating when you really want something that you've been searching for madly and then you finally find it but are let down again. But the worst part is there's no remorse or empathy from END. Well this is the first and last time I shop from here. Most definitely would not recommend.

I feel for the bad review writers but I had a really good first experience. I live in Alberta, Canada, I ordered some Nike shoes Jul. 9 in the morning. I received my order (as stated in shopping cart) Jul. 12 early afternoon. The shoes were exactly as advertised, proper size and in authentic Nike packaging. The price of shoes were comparable to Canada pricing. I paid $15.00 CAD shipping (standard) and another $17.00 CAD for import fees. I couldn't find the triple wolf gray Air Max 90s anywhere so the $30 extra was worth it! I'd use this site again.

I was seriously skeptical after reading a bunch of reviews. But I did an online chat and made them check stock twice, still not sure but i decided to try them. I ordered a pair of Adidas Rom for $120 including shipping, which are a style from the 60's and are very hard to find. They came from England 6/28 to Maine USA 7/1... 4 DAYS! I really didn't believe the site when I ordered them and they gave me a delivery date of 4 days, but they came. So I ordered 2 more pair on 7/1 when i got my first pair, and they came 7/5 (7/4 Holiday in USA). This was with a total of $11.95 shipping cost for each order, even with 2 pair it was only $11.95! I never really leave reviews, especially positive, but i gotta say, this company came through for me. I've been scammed before and was nervous until the sneakers arrived, I even called my credit card company to make sure they had my back. Sorry if you had a different outcome, but I just wanted to put it out there they are legit. Online chat with them first and make them confirm your style and size are actually in stock. Thanks, Bob P

Terrible company

I bought a shirt from end and I then decided that I wanted to return it because I found the same shirt for a cheaper price. I emailed them (30min after placing my order) asking if I could cancel the order because it was not shipped yet. I got an email hours later saying that it was too late and I would not be compensated for the return mailing charges.

Terrible service.

I placed six separate orders with END during April 2019. END were unable to complete three of these orders due to 'stock errors'. END claims that 'stock errors such as this are infrequent', and yet my experience is completely the opposite. I've never shopped anywhere online that is unable to complete 50% of my orders in a four week period. Be aware that whenever you shop online at END, it's a complete lottery as to whether they actually have the items they claim to be selling.

Used to be a regular customer but definitely not anymore. You can only know if a company has a sense of responsibility when things happen to your order. I placed the order on 12/21 and the site has clearly said the shipping is a 2-3 day delivery. I purchased two items as gifts for my brother and dad visiting me from another country. However, I received my items on 12/31 which is 11 days. I never thought their order will take 11 days when they said 2-3 days priority shipping. So my brother already left when the order arrived. I emailed them hoping they could pay for my return shipping charge because they first let me not be able to give my brother a Christmas gift when he travels abroad to visit me and also I need to pay extra money to ship the item back because they made mistake shipping my items late. I would highly recommend everyone to not place anything with END, buy from somewhere else. There are so many other boutiques selling same stuff with way better service.

Never order from again! Something wrong with the warehouse team resulting my package was neither picked up by carrier or delivered. Reached out over FIVE times to get refund, billions billions of excuses saying they'd look into this. Took a year and a thousand phone calls to get refund! Be aware! This is the END!

I purchased a Bearbrick that states it was 400%, approx. 11 inches tall in size. Upon receiving my order it was half the size, 200%, approx. 5.5 inches. Had two live chats, sent in evidence of the wrong sized product as requested and yet no response in a week. I called them up in which they have already taken the product off the website and are still not admitting they are in the wrong. It's not that hard to get a ruler and measure the toy to confirm the size.

I purchased a pair of "shoes like pottery" and asked the sales representative to send me the appropriate size for a woman's us 7. Upon receipt they sent a men's size 7 and when I went to return them they told me to use USPS with tracking at a cost of $50.00 which they said they would refund upon receipt. They only refunded the price of the shoes even though I have in writing from Catherine Bliss that they would pay for shipping.

For their currency exchange theycharge way to much, the rates are not even closte or accurate ona weekly base and makes everything way more expensive as it should be. Even the transaction fees do not justify their messed up currency exchange rates. Nice clothes but i found better and cheaper stores. I never received a reply to my question as well how they calculate the rates. If you cannot hanlde such a simple request good luck with the rest.
