Hands down worst customer service i've ever received. Will give you ZERO information about the whereabouts of your order and zero compensation after failing their customers. Ordered over 2 weeks ago now, after speaking to 2 rude and unhelpful agents I have still not received any information on my order and/or any sort of compensation. This company has no respect for their customers and I will never be buying from here again
Placed my order 17 days ago and still not dispatched. Took the money out tho. Phoned them numerous times and each time blame system upgrade. Still cannot give a dispatch date Could have ordered item from different website and received it next day. Never use again.
Don't deliver anywhere near the date they give when placing the order, still can't even tell you a date for when they will actually dispatch the order 1 week after the date it should have arrived
Order never shipped
Placed on order on the 11th August with 2-3 DPD shipping. 13 days later the items are still "processing" I've made several calls, was told I would receive an email update (didn't receive it) followed it up to receive a generic email that was exactly the same as the email I received a week earlier. Asked to escalate a complaint as I still don't have any clue on when or if I will ever get my order. Told to send an email and mark it FAO management. Received an automated response saying I would receive a reply within 24 hours (this has come and gone and no reply). I understand from the website that they have been undergoing some internal maintenance but this wasn't made clear when my order was made. Just a dreadful experience and a perfect example of how not to do business.
So as of today the 25th August, received my complaint response, the same exact generic email I've been sent twice before.
I was told that they have no guaranteed date they could give me to tell me when they would ship my parcel. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't because the system had locked the order.
I've had to raise a case in PayPal to get my money back.
BUYER BEWARE
I ordered from END. The parcel got left on my doorstep & somebody stole it. I never ask for anything to be left there because it's asking for it to be taken & I actually have it set up on the app for DPD (courier) that they leave it with a neighbour if I'm not home. I emailed END. About this & they tried to tell me that I had requested for it to be left there, so I checked with DPD & they said that END. Had requested it (I didn't know they could). So I went back & forth with them for some time over this & provided proof of what the courier had told me on three occasions, but they just kept telling me that they didn't request that & that I should contact the police.
My clothes were incorrectly shipped from the warehouse with the wrong item and customer service claimed I needed to file a police report against the company if I had a problem with it. They even responded saying they reviewed CCTV footage of the warehouse and found no wrongdoing after 7 days of waiting.
Instead of receiving $60 shorts they gave me a white T shirt. TOTAL CORPORATE GREED AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Why would I file a local Texas police report for a UK company over $60? That is not going to go anywhere. Do not deal with this company. They do not care making things right when they mess up.
I was trying to checkout while the site was having a sale. The cart wouldn't let me proceed... I contacted customer service and got the absolute $#*!tiest advice. Did you try the mobile app? Sure, I did that - nothing worked. Why don't you add a credit card? Tried that, didn't work. Why don't you wait a half hour? Nothing changed. They kept giving me $#*! advice and no one actually helped me check out. When did the site start working again? Once half the $#*! sold out and the sale ended... haha. What a $#*!ing joke.
Ordered over £500 worth of clothing. Had to return some off it and they never refunded me. Kept asking for more info when I had given them everything they needed. Had to open a case on PayPal and they made me wait till the last day of the case to refund me. Total joke of a company. Will not be buying from there ever again.
Have placed multiple orders and all have arrived in a very timely manner especially coming from the UK to the US. Shoes and Clothes are always as advertised and amazing quality. Thank you END for giving us the chance at these products!
Delivery on your order is usually slow, but God forbid if you ever have to return your item. I sent my item over 8 days ago and there's been no update at all. There's no digital confirmation of your return for you track the item. If you can buy the item you need directly from the brand, that will be better as their customer service process is seriously lacking.
Won a draw and got charged only for them to take retract it and say too bad... they made no effort what so ever to make it right. They kept asking me to provide them with this and that as if they had no ability to do it on their end. Made me feel like I was begging for something I won fairly. Don't bother entering their raffles, there's a chance they wont honor it and they upcharge way above retail
Ordered shoes and at no time was there a note/info that they were shipping from UK and would have customs fees equaling the price if the shoes! And of course they instructed FedEx to pay the fees and bill me instead of allowing me the opportunity to decline the shipment before I knew about these fees. Customer service refused to help or even apologize.
I'm not one to complain but holyyy END has absolute $#*! customer service, never purchasing from them ever again. Just beware, if anything goes wrong don't expect END to care or help you. Paid almost $300 for a jacket and it arrived in poor, unclean, and worn condition (with hair on it…). The item was no longer in stock and they were unwilling to give me a partial refund. I didn't feel comfortable having to return all the way to the UK and the best they could do was offer a mere 10% discount on my next purchase… like what? Like deadass, you're better off ordering from HBX or another website. HBX's customer service is pretty good since they at least sent me a replacement when my item arrived faulty (and no I don't work for HBX). It's just wild how absolutely terrible some companies like END are. So yeah, save yourself the headache and money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I recently made a £722 purchase at END, and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. My parcel was delivered to someone else, who I do not know, and the whereabouts of my parcel is unknown. 'END' claim my parcel was delivered, however, none of my 4 other neighbours have it, and are not the stealing types. After constantly trying to get a refund or a redelivery, END said they would investigate with DPD, which takes up to 7 days. A whole 7 hours later, and I received an email from END, saying they 'investigated' and as the GPS says it was delivered, then that's the only evidence they need. I was left with an email saying if I have a problem, I should contact the local authorities and that there is nothing they can do, and that it's basically my fault for not being home at the time of delivery. So I am now £722 down, which I'll be disputing with my bank, and I will never use END again. Do not make the mistake I did.
I ordered a Gucci hat to US and it arrived in an extremely large size, I asked to return and they said I had to pay shipping, I was out $89 for overnight express as they recommended. I verified online with USPS that they delivered hat to them 5 days ago. George, who signs with his 1st name only is lying and isn't acknowledging receipt of the item. Crooks
I tried to order 3 times from this site using credit and debit cards. Put a hold/fraud alert on both and then told me it was my problem and to PISS OFF! So I did. Wasted over an hour of my time to just get abused by their so called customer service. No merchandise just wasted my time. The first customer service rep told me that there security dept. does this all the time. Every other rep told me it was obviously my fault and not theirs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.
