Bought a pair of Nike Air Mada ACG, in size 8UK, the shoes had white speckles all over the front, although this is likely a NIKE manufacturering issue, END should not be selling flawed products on their website, I cannot return the shoes to the UK, it costs more than they are worth in shipping, if you buy shoes from this website, know that your product could end up being flawed. The shoes even look like they had been returned before...

Bad quality

Bought a pair of trainers on the 12th of January, it has arrived quite quick, but the shoes were rather looking like secondhand! I couldn't believe how on earth they could send out an item in that kind of state to a customer! Really like the shoes as well, but had no choice to sent them back the next day. But it took 3 weeks until I literally had my refund after I phoned and emailed them for serval of times. Never shop from them again sorry.

I purchased shoes from this store for $182. The size was not as advertised and I needed to return/exchange them. To ship them back to the UK cost $220, while shipping to the US only cost me 9.99. I called customer service and ask for shipping relief and they declined. Poor customer service. I will never shop here again.

Ordered a few times without issue but recently ordered a pair of pants, received the wrong item and was told to return for an exchange. I told them that since it was an error on their end, to send out the pants I'd ordered since i've already waited over a week for them. Customer Service took over 2 days to respond to my emails, and when I got on to their live chat, the agent was rude, saying "Please don't talk to me in this manner" when I stated that the agent can check my order online to see status themselves since its all logged in the system.

Bottom line is they give you a pitiful apology but accept no responsibility. A store that sells luxury goods should treat their customers way better. I now have to spend my own time shipping an item back and then having to wait for the whole reimbursement process, or to buy a new item in the meantime. Terrible experience and probably wouldn't buy from them again.

Dishonest Company

DO NOT order from END. My order was in an "on hold" status for days with no explanation as to why. I tried reaching them via email and phone. It was only after a few emails (with no response from END.) that my order moved from "on hold" to "in progress" My delivery date was promised for Wed Dec 22 or Wed Dec 23. I have no idea when or if they will actually arrive. After waiting about an hour in the "live chat" queue I finally got a customer service rep. I was offered a refund or discount on my items which was helpful, but no idea when anything will arrive. Still my order says expected delivery Wed Dec 22 or Wed, Dec 23rd - it's the 23rd and apparently nothing has even left their warehouse. END. Feels like a sketchy 3rd party site, unreliable and unprofessional.

For days and only started to slightly move when I began emailing, calling and waiting in a queue for an hour on their "chat" service. They are not reachable

I was in the market for a Saint Laurent Denim jacket. After searching online at numerous stores with numerous options, I ultimately chose End. Clothing as the website promoted "Free Express Shipping" on orders over "X" amount of dollars. To entice a consumer into making a faster decision, the website even goes as far as to place a timer when you click on merchandise. "If order is placed within the next blank blank hours and minutes, your order will arrive on..." That was what I needed. I needed a guarantee of arrival mid-week as I was leaving town for several days and needed to retrieve package before my departure. I placed my order for a $900 jacket from Texas on a Monday afternoon with the confidence order would arrive Wednesday or Thursday per the End's purchase timer and promotion. Tuesday passed, no shipping confirmation. Wednesday passed, no shipping confirmation. I emailed End, and asked when item would ship. I received a response stating delays in processing due to high volume, blah blah blah. I responded explaining my particular situation that I was leaving town and needed package to arrive before I left town. I also explained that if package was not able to ship by COB that Wednesday, to please go ahead and cancel my order because I knew it wouldn't arrive until the following week. I magically received no response the rest of the day. Thursday morning I finally received a response from same bonehead customer service agent stating order was already "locked" in and beyond cancellation or amending. I emailed back in frustration explaining the misleading shipping promo, and that my biggest concern was having a $900 package sitting on my front door during the holidays for several days. I also asked if at the very least, could they note the order for "Saturday" delivery as I was leaving town late Saturday afternoon, and that gave me a fighting chance to retrieve package. No response. Instead a couple of hours later I received a "Your order has been shipped" email from End. Now it's Friday. Still no movement on shipping. Package didn't move until Saturday evening. End only created a label to appear they had shipped. I had to call a friend to hang out at my house for a Monday arrival. Needless to say, I'm returning the jacket for a refund and will never do business with End again. Dishonest shipping promotions and lousy customer service. Cut and paste responses. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit extra and use other options like SSense and Mr Porter. Fantastic customer Service and reliable arrival times.

Worst online clothing store ever

Worst online clothing store ever! Made an order on Nov 21, got a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates 25-26 Nov, on Nov 27 (1 week after the order) received a message that a tracking number was created by Fedex. It's now December 3 (1 week since the tracking number was created and 2 weeks after the order was created) and the order has not yet been picked up by Fedex Express. Support at End Clothing claim that the parcel was shipped but cannot explain why the tracking information has not been updated, they also refuse to send an official confirmation that the order has been shipped.

The worst service ever.

Hei END clothing.

I note that END clothing think it is good costumer service to mess up an order and leave it up to costumer to sort out the extra costs that this has given the client.

- END clothing has done a mistake which the admit.
- END clothing has given the costumer extra cost related to tax and import frees due to this mistake.
- END clothing leave the work to the costumer to try to sort out an refund of the extra costs from Norwegian custom.
- END clothing doesn't take any responsibility for this mistake.

I ordered women's Birkenstocks online. I had misgivings due to all the terrible reviews on here. However I emailed customer service prior to ordering to check they had my size and got a response within 12 hours. I then ordered the shoes and they were dispatched to Australia within 1 day. Delivery was delayed as they got stuck in Singapore for a few days, but I got FedEx updates regularly and could see where they were, and this was not End's issue. Shoes arrived and were exactly as shown on the website, and as ordered. Very happy customer.

Avoid

I ordered a Boston Red Sox fitted cap and instead got a random cap. Reading other reviews this seems to be a trend with this company. On top of that, they packaged my cap in a slim flat box which pretty much crushed and destroyed the aesthetics of the cap. Still waiting for. Refund! Please read reviews before ordering.

Ordered an expensive jumper from END. On arrival I opened the box and packaging and the item was a plain black jumper. I contacted customer services and after a few days they contacted me back saying they completed an investigation and there was nothing they could do... they checked the CCTV and the correct item was packaged. They are more than happy to leave me over £300 out of pocket and acknowledge no blame for sending the wrong item. Their only suggestion was to make a police report! I am disgusted with the level of service and the fact that they are willing to accept no responsibility! It is clear that they have fraudulent team members working for them and they are willing to do absolutely nothing about it! END clothing have really let themselves down and I would never order from them again. They do not care about your consumer rights and every team member I have spoken to about the issue has sounded uninterested. Save yourself money and do not order from END as you cannot guarantee that you will receive what you pay for.

US no problems

I have ordered several items. You have to read the order size chart and they even say what size the model has on with Height and weight included, then convert to US or your region. I wear a size 11US=44EU=10UK. XL in most UK is 42-44 chest. I have not had any problems. Maybe it's best to try on sneakers, or clothiers in store before you purchase. I would say when I order I usually get within two days from when it ships via Fedex.

It's weird to see how many bad reviews are on this company as I have ordered multiple items from them with no problem. Obviously, if you are purchasing from another country other than the UK (where they are located), you will have to pay hefty international fees if you want to return/exchange so be VERY cautious before purchasing anything. I've received all my packages in a timely manner and they are packaged very nicely.

Cancelling order and receiving refunds.

I recently placed a order including the CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR 1970S HI,
After reviewing my order confirmation email I noticed these were not the shoes I meant to order. I meant to order the Chuck 70 Classic High Top, but got confused by the naming of the product. So wanted to cancel my order but was told this is not possible since the order was locked in and would have to return it. I paid for delivery and only ordered the products the day before yet still was not allowed cancel my order and get a refund, since to cancel a order it had to be within a 1 hour window. Bad customer service.

Terrible Customer Service.

I accidentally put in my old address and they wouldn't let me change it when I messaged them the day I placed the order. Also I then communicated in a timely manner before the order had been shipped that I would like to cancel and have a refund. They didn't respect my request and sent it anyway. They don't respond within 24 hours to your emails sent during business days and when they do they are no help. Multiple times they would respond with questions that I'd answer within minutes and then not hear back for days. Because of this poor communication I will either have to pay for additional shipping or not get my package for months. 1 star is more than fair for what they charge for crap service. If I could give 0 stars I would. NO CAP

Ordered from USA and was never made clear at any point that this was a UK based company, and that return shipping for exchanges would have to be paid by the customer. One of the medium carhatt T-shirts I ordered was more like an extra large. The customer service person I email with, Olivia, was polite, and pointed out that they were different fits, but to me this was still unacceptable. Their website listed a difference in the fit size of 3/4 on an inch pit to pit and it was more like a 3 to 4 inch difference. The T shirt cost US $54 which is insane in the first place, but the cost to ship it from US to UK priority international was $57. Never again – US buyers beware
