Purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses from End.
Received my parcel, opened the box and inside the case…. NOTHING.

Ordered shoes to the US which didn't ship until after the "estimated delivery date". Unfortunately ordered the wrong size and returned them per the End Clothing instructions. Had to swallow the $100 cost to send them back at my own expense but then the return got stuck in UK customs. End Clothing refused to help in anyway to recover the items from customs even though it would mean if they didn't, the item would be sent back to me. Now I'm out $380 for the shoes and $100 for shipping.
Woke up to an outstanding email from End Clothing notifying me that I won again. The 3-eyed, handsewn lugs from Aime Leon Dore & Timberland arrived lightning quick as usual. There was not a dent or scratch to be found on the double-boxed packaging and once I opened it, there was an Easter egg I did not anticipate! Laying atop the double paneled, sliding box from Timberland were dustbags for storage once you unbox them! The leather & suede used is second to none, the quality can be seen from afar and these boots are not missing a single detail! From outsole to laces, they spared no expense quality wise to comprise this boot. If you can find your size, I'd strongly recommend in investing in a boot that will give you years of enjoyment while turning heads along the way!
I received my order from their company relatively quickly through FedEx. However, upon receipt of receiving and trying it on, the shirt did not fit. I've been attempting to return the item but End does not include return labels or cover shipping. The company is asking you to send back to the United Kingdom which will cost any person located in the US 100+ dollars to return. After multiple attempts and finding a number that won't charge for international calling *******254 they recommend using USPS. As many of you know, USPS is snail mail and may never make it to the company within their 14 day return window. All in all this company is horrible and I do not recommend using them. Honestly, who doesn't include return labels in 2021? Keep your product in the UK if you are going to make it this difficult to do business.
I ordered an Air Jordan Pant size S and i received a jacket size M. I'm trying to contact them but they are not going to reply at all, email or phone call they totally ignored me. I was waiting 20 days to receive that stuff and i received wrong. Absolutely to avoid.

Absolutely appalling customer service, I have ordered pair of shoes which has not been delivered once I contacted customer service team they said shoes has been delivered and they decided to close the case, they also told me to report it to the police as theft.
I spent a lot of money and also paid for a delivery, have been waiting all day at home for the product to arrive which has never happened. Once they conducted their own investigation with DPD they told me the driver delivered the shoes. Do they really think I would bother myself to contact them if I had my product... I feel very disappointed that Jasmyn Rogers took driver word over mine, when I am the effected customer who never received their product, as at the end of the day I have lost the money, therefore I want to warn all customers to stay FAR AWAY from END.

END sent me the wrong item, and I paid 25$ in duties/taxes for the wrong item. I sent it back and a support agent from END promised that they would refund the duties/taxes I paid. AFTER they received my item back, they suddenly told me they couldn't refund me anymore. I had email proof from their support email. This company does not honor their promises, and clearly returning something, EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, is still a headache with them. I would stay away from this company if possible.
Do NOT order from this site. I ordered $700 of merchandise - 9 items in total. Only 1 arrived and customer service insists all were shipped and to reach out to the police. The box received could only fit 1 item and weight from fedex matched the one item. They dont respond to email and insist its not their error even after I sent photos of the box and fedex manifest. Complete liars. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I ordered. Seems to be consistent with only partial shipment of merchandise or incorrect merchandise being sent that is less than the price paid.
Some of you writing 1 star and not giving credit where it's due is dead wrong. I ordered my shoes 2 days ago and the shoes are already here. Shoes came packaged perfectly and exactly the size I purchased. If you don't know how to convert uk to us size they have a guide chart on the site. If you don't know how to simply read than do yourself a favor and get off the internet. They won me over will buy from again
I ordered a Gucci Ghost ring from them and received the package with no ring in the box as well. I called and spoke to them and they said they'd do a security check and would give me an update in 3 to 5 business days. I called back after almost two weeks on no response. They told me that they saw no issues from the security checks, so they are not liable to have to refund or send me a new item. Then they said I should file a police report if I want to "try" and get my money back. This company is a joke! Horrible business. Do not support them!
On Feb 28th i've ordered a pair of sneakers from End. After the ordered was shipped i've received a notification that i need to pay 30% more as taxes and admin costs. These costs where never mentioned when i made the purchase.
And since then i've been trying to get in touch with End Customer care to sort out the situation. 2 weeks after still no answer.
It is a very disappointing situation featuring hidden costs, bad customer care, on top of End's usual pricing policy whereby they charge considerably more than retail price or competition (Farfetch or Mr Porter).
This makes them overall a poor choice for anyone looking to make a purchase.
Awful online store. The worst of those whom I have come across. Dimensional chart of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage is not true! The size chart indicates that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. Chat operator Briege told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. But when the boots came, it turned out that it was 25.5 centimeters! They are too big! I wrote a complaint to the chat on Saturday (February 20), chat operator
Briege promised me that the sizing team will check the size on Monday (Feb 22). They couldn't give me an answer for a week! As a result, I myself wrote several times and finally I was told that they did not see the error. I sent a photo of the insole measurement, where it can be seen that it is 25.5 cm! I was sending a screenshot of a chat message where the operator lied to me and gave me the wrong information. But no one cares about my evidence! I'm sure the sizing team didn't even measure the boots! I made a return and demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return, 2340 rubles! My order number is # *******4025

I have been an END. Customer since 2018, and am sad to report that I've had issues with each of my orders. From receiving the incorrect size shoes, to long delays clearing customs, and getting entirely the wrong items... needless to say, each order progressively got worse.
During a recent sale, (at a time where we cannot go out shopping due to the pandemic) I submitted a larger order then usual, which took a couple weeks for them to ship, due to a "stock" issue. All the same, it seemed fine given the fact that it was it was over a month before Christmas, as many of the items were intended to be gifts.
Fast forward to two weeks after Christmas, on January 12th, the boxes were finally released from customs, and delivered... but horror soon emerged as I saw that one of the three boxes had been badly damaged (see photos below), with many of it's items missing. Upon further inspection it appeared that these boxes must have been made, and not your typical boxes (e.g. Larger inner flaps, uneven cuts), and in another box I discovered broken items.
The overall packaging of all three boxes were not sturdy, had inadequate cushioning, nor the support for the weight. My advise to END, reeducate your warehouse with the FedEx general packaging guidelines, and elevate your standards.

End can't process orders the system has been down 3 days now and their still taking customer orders and money
Made a large order, told it would be delivered within 2 days, no signs of it! Spoke to customer services 4 times to be told they feel the same and understand my frustration, but it's the distribution dept fault.
They can't say when delivery would be made... avoid this company
My purchase defaulted to my former address in LA so I emailed them promptly, and then called. The package had still not shipped for 3 business days and on business day 1 a representative said she was going to recall the order,
They can't change the address for security reasons, to which I furnished my old drivers license and the new one. Nothing. No budge. It finally shipped and shows enroute to CA and continually refers me back to the vendor. I spoke with two other reps and they could not help yet FedEx insists they disabled the option. I do have a FedEx plus account and was able to place the item on hold at a FedEx store near the apt complex. The call today was basically like yeah we can't do anything. You could've called FedEx Monday or Tuesday, it's now a holiday, and you have done absolutely nothing but given false reassurance, and made this error more of headache. Ssense.com corrected a shipping issue for me before and went above and beyond. This company obviously didn't care and didn't sound the least bit worried these shoes could end up at my former apartment complex. So rude and unhelpful.
Bought 3 items from 1 brand, 2 bags and 1 jacket.
1) Tote bag comes as it should be, in plastic bag with 2 tags and quality control sheet
2) Jacket comes without quality control sheet and wrong color
3) Bag comes without everything, no bag, tags and quality control sheet.
Send a mail to END, explained the situation, wrong color of the jacket wasn't a main problem as it's dark grey instead of black, so I'm ok with it. But for me it's not acceptable when you buy something from a shop and receive like you bought it used from eBay.
Seems they don't read message at all as asked to take a photo of the sticker on the bag tags/plastic bag, which I don't have of course. Then they said that it's probably because they used this bag for their photo shoots and missed tags.
And after all offered me to return my order and pay for delivery of it.
So if you can buy somewhere else - do it. As if something gone wrong even because of mistakes of the store employees you would need to pay at least for return delivery. Add custom fees to it (if you paid them like me) for the wrong items and it would be a price for their mistakes that you would need to pay.
Bonus: END listed p2p measurements as 23,5', size chart on the official site - 28'. Asked END at their "live chat" about it, need 3 times to copy&paste my question to 2 different persons to receive answer that their(END) measurements are accurate. After I received it I can see where officials measure "p2p" to have 28', but it's definitely no where near 23,5' at the p2p area. So even here they're useless.
In my opinion my translation with end has gone extremely well and does not deserve its harsh ratings.
