I have received 3 defective netbooks from this company. Now they tell me that they cannot refurnd my money - sending a coupon instead. What kind of company is this? There customer service is horrible.
The company is running a scam. They send you defective product and you return within days and they charge you 30% restocking charge. The customer pays shipping both ways. So what cost do they have in the transaction. I bought a $104.99 item and I only get $74.99 back for being sold a defective product they sent. When you return the product they will send it to the next consumer and do it all over again. I have sent them an e-mail describing the scam to them. Good luck to anyone buying from this company. Some people make it on shipping, but this is the first time I have seen it done with defective product.
Deceptive description of product. Bought Plantronics 975, thought I was buying Through amazon.com but the link seemed to have been hijacked Product not described as BULK PACKAGING but that's how it comes. It was also defective. Eglobal advised me to return it but neglected to mention 25% restocking fees. Don't be deceived by low price. This is not an honest company
This website advertises new, sealed netbooks- This item was packaged without an outer shipping box to protect the original box, this box has arrived damaged. In addition, this item and box were not in sealed packaging and the battery falls immediately to 70% capacity under load after status and indicator shows 100% charge. There are also someone's fingerprints on the screen. This is a used unit.
After trying to get all my money back since they have not sent what I paid for, this is thae last response from their 'customer service dept. as of today.

There is no reason to trust any 'exchange' from this company. No legitimate company would ship something like this and retain any penalty.
I purchased one of the $99 7" mini netbook computers. The shipping was excellent. I received the computer in 2 days, however I found the computer performance to be much less than desirable. I attempted to enter a terrible product rating on the eglobalwireless web site, but the rating never did appear in the listing. I attempted to enter a great rating with an explanation that the real product rating was terrible, but that rating never appeared in the listing either. When entering a rating, a message appears that the rating is entering the approval stage, however apparently if the rating is not good or great it is discarded and never appears in the listing. I purchased this computer based on the product ratings on the web site which appear to be completely bogus.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. Like so many others, the item came used, with a defective incorrect charger. Reaching them was next to impossible. I had to pay to return it and then they credited me 30% less than I paid. Avoid these guys with all cost.
I ordered the $99 7in notebook. The so called "comments" on this item were all 5 stars. I now believe the company fraudulently entered these comments to con the public into buying their defective product. It turned on once and never turned on again. I could not get hold of a representative over the phone and had to send e-mails. I got a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. If the product is completely defective, it should have been a 100% refund. After reading all the other comments about this company, I believe this company knows its product is defective and created their own 5-star comments full of lies and pockets the 25% restocking fees.
This site offers a 7" Mini Netbook WIFI Windows 2 GB computer for $99.99 (black) or $129.99 in various colors. I called to ask more details about the product in that the manufacture is "Generic". The response I got was, at best, unusual. The man I spoke with said they have no brand name -- they are made in China. He further said they have 3,000 in stock and that it is an enticement to get people to their site since they don't normally sell computers. I read their refund policy, a 25% restock fee! Due to your previous customer comments and my personal experience, I will deal with a more reputable computer company.
Paid for our product, told it was shipped but "refused" on our end... why would we refuse the item we ordered? Took 30 days for them to "reship" and again, we never received the product. Was told again, it was "refused" on our end. We are a giant corporation who deals with REAL companies and REAL people, not people selling second hand goods out of a garage and scamming people. Was told by my boss to call the BBB on these scheisters... they just lost the business of 8000 employees and all of the companies we do business with... man, are they stupid! And all because they didn't mail our item? Or do it correctly? And then are charging us a restocking fee? ARGH!
Poor customer service. I called because it had been 2 weeks since placing my order, and it had not arrived yet. I was given a tracking number and told that I needed to check with the post office. I asked what happens if it's a dead end at the post office, and they are unable to help me. And they told me it's out of their hands - basically my loss.
After expressing my concern about my item, and their lack of customer service, the guy proceeded to argue with me, in an angry tone of voice asking me, "how have I not been good customer service? I gave you a tracking number!"
WOW - real helpful. How about, offering to help figure out what happened to my order, rather than it's the post office or nothing? A reputable company would offer to replace the missing item if it never arrives. Why is it the customers fault?
I will NEVER order with these guys again. No one should be talked to that way - especially when you are the customer!
A friend of mine also enlightened me on her experience with them, saying her item arrived without any packaging, or packing slip of any kind. Just the item ordered in a plastic bag. Real sketchy.
Believe all of the negative reviews about eGlobalwireless. I ordered a new bluetooth but received a non-working refurb. After I paid for shipping back to the company they sent me an incorrect, much cheaper headset as a replacement but expected me to pay the same price. Oh... they would credit the error I again paid to return the incorrect bluetooth. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Received headset in a plasstic bag, no instructions, nothing, after 3 months of use it broke, have tried to contact them but they will not reply. Since it was after 3 months i cannot even go to paypal resolution center. I am tired of these scam artist selling used and non woking items.
THEY SUCK! The unit i got said right on it DISPLAY UNIT ONLY, NOT FOR RESALE! It doesnt work will not even power on. They told me thers nothing they can do i could send it back at my expence, and they would charge me 50% of the sale to take it back nice. Where is the law when you need it. Online sites just rip you off.
I ordered a motorola blue tooth. I thought the price was great until I got the product. It came in a PADDED ENVELOPE. No box instructions no protection of the product. The bluetooth did not work. It was obviously used & defective. I e-mailed with my issue and was told to deal w/ Motorola. I wasn't happy to say the least. I have been a shopper on the net for years and this was by far the WORST experience ever. Luckily Motorola is a great company and took care of it. I got my new bluetooth from them and they 2 -day expressed it. Way to go Motorola. Anyway steer clear of this company. Looks like my experience is similar to others. At this rate they probably won't be around long.
Do a search for eglobalwireless complaints and you will see exactly what i went through. They sell used or defective items and then won't replace your item and if you're lucky you have to pay to ship bad items back and pay restocking fee. Also all the complaints are the same about rude customer service and not returning emails or phone calls. They also sell on Ebay from NY and FL so be carefull. The 10.00 you try to save won't be worth it when the item dies on you. I called Plantronics and they verified that eglobalwireless is not a mfg authorized reseller so your warranty IS NO honored by the mfg. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
If you go to any whois and look up the domain name and it is a private domain, like Domains by Proxy, where the owners hide their address and phone number, you are asking for trouble. If they have a 25% restocking fee, run as fast as you can to somewhere else. Always check reviews and beware of fake reviews the websites place for themselves.
I ultimately didn't get my money back because i lost my tracking number. However, this here was the online conversation I had with them. Even this was unhelpful:

It has great pricing and fast shipping i got my blue tooth with in 2 days of order and it works great i went i bought another blueant headset for my wife
Like others, my wife went with these guys. They have an ebay and amazon front, but they are in fact a scam. Run as fast as you can. I'm still waiting on a refund of any kind for an returned item.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - THEY DO EVERYTHING POORLY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Answer: I am interested in a class action suit as well! As Melissa expressed in her comment I also ordered a pink and a green 7" netbook for my two daughters for Christmas and altho they did arrive on Chirstmas Eve a month after I ordered and paid express 2-3 day delivery, I scrambled to find alternate gifts from Santa. I did not give the netbooks to my girls knowing they more than likely would not work. They are complete junk. They were used, the writing on the keys are worn off. To see the disappointment on my daughters face Chirstmas day when she thought santa did not visit durning the night will stick with me for years. I have filed a fraud case with my bank and they have instructed me to mail the netbooks back.
