SCAM! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! They boast of 5 star customer service and there is no customer service-just a continuous loop and then a message to leave your name and numer... I placed an order 12/16 paid additional fee to rush it, and have not received it. PLEASE DON'T! FAKE SCAM RIP OFF!

Ordered an Aliph Jawbone bluetooth earpiece. Advertised as new. They sent it in a plastic bag, taped shut! Was used or refurbished, but not advertised as such. Jawbones come in plastic boxes. They never admitted to being so unethical and then expected me to pay for the return shipping, even though I never would have purchased it had I known it was used! They wrote, "return shipping is the buyers' responsibility," but it is the dot com's responsibility to be ethical and not trick customers into purchasing used items by pretending items are new and nowhere (on website, item name, in item description, in email receipt) writing that the item was previously owned.

Ordered mini laptop would not charge, sent back at my expense. Replacement would not get a wirelss signal unless 20 feet from router. Sent back again at my expense. They charged me $25 restock and refused to refund my $14 warranty. If this is not fraud, what is?

Well I am in the same boat today. I ordered the 7" mini netbook on 12/14/10. As of today, it has not shipped. I paid for the warranty and the 5 dollar shipping. I wish I would have done my homework. I will, however take everyone's advice and call my bank to get a refund. Now I am on the prowl for another netbook.

Like others I ordered 2 7in notebooks for my kids for Christmas. I payed for the 3-5 day shipping and shouldve received it last week but nothing has shipped. They don't answer their phone or emails and no one is on their "live" chat. I feel so used right now and now my kids have no netbook. I am praying my bank will give me my money back. If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit please email me at *******@yahoo.com

This company is a scam. No one ever answers the 800 number or live chat because the guy "Jay" is running this scam out of his house. Google map the address, its a house 7523 Silver Woods Ct Boca Raton Florida *******. His real name is Yanki Hofstetter and his wife is Robyn. I had to do a lot of digging to find this out but when I called his cell phone *******442 and let him know I had his personal info and would be giving it to all his unsatisfied customers, I got my money back. Its a shame it had to come to that, but it worked.

I bought a jawbone bluetooth from this company. In a month a button fell off. I had purchased the extended warranty on it. When i tried to contact the company - I could NOT - i tried for 4 days. The chat - I left pulled up for 4 hours- and no one ever responded. I sent an email and only received a form letter that someone would contact me. I left voice messages - and received nothing.

I found this site - and took your advice and called my bank. She said that i was the second person in 2 days who had called about them. I had to fill out a form - get my card changed.

Dont buy from this company

I ordered a min netbook for... they took my money product never shipped tried to call the company constantly got a recording sent them email they sent one back saying i had to send them another email to confirm my cancellation so i did recieved another one saying i had to confirm again... bogus... what kind of company does buisness this way... a fruad one... i contacted the fbi you can also make a complaint on their site... i urge you to do so...

I placed an order on line and received an email confirmation that my 7" notebook would be send in 7-10 days. Its now 15 days and I have not received a thing. I tried to reach them by tel and the recording says after each prompt to call back later. You can't reach a live person ever! I called my credit card company and they said they paid them already but will help investigate to get my money back. I also called the Better Business Bureau in South Florida where this company resides and they are investigating them as well. The Credit Card Company advised me that they will stop any payments in the future to this company for any of their ccard customer so that they won't get ripped off.

DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a pink netbook for my daughter on black friday and paid extra for priority processing and quicker shipping. As someone else has already said, i got an email saying they wouldn't mail the netbook unless i bought the warranty. I agreed and was charged another $14. That was 2 weeks ago and my product hasn't shipped.
Having ordered this as the major christmas gift this year with PLENTY of time for it to arrive before the big day, i went into panic mode and have been trying to get a hold of the company for 2 days, only to be hung up by an automated message on the phone and finally, while i was on the phone with the bank making a fraud claim, i got an email from eglobal saying to open a live chat support ticket and wait 24-72 for an operator to talk to me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A PURCHASE, CONTACT YOUR BANK AND FILE A CLAIM IMMEDIATELY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
I CAN say that the fact that they took their sweet time NOT shipping my purchase was a blessing in disguise, as reading about other peoples' experience with an item they actually received sounds like a nightmare. My daughter would have had her day made and her heart broken at the same time with the hunk of crap i was sure to receive.
BEWARE!

I also have ordered a 7" Netbook. Ordered on 12/4 added 2 yr warranty and shipping in 3-5 days. Still has not been shipped. Have tried numerous times to contact by phone, live chat and email. But nothing. This is totally rediculous. I have passed up several other Netbook deals waiting on this offer. I fell for the reviews on there website. BOGUS, probably posted by there own employees. I feel that if they are so busy they should give some deserving Americans jobs and extend there hours over the holidays. I sure wish I would've known about this (Sitejabber) before I bought. I guarantee they (eglobalwireless) would not have gotten my business. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow and filing against this company for being fraudulent.

This website is bullcrap. Placed an order for a netbook. Five days later i contacted the company to see if it had been been shipped I then received a letter stating that when the item is shipped i will be notified. Not that could be when ever one week went passed i received nothing but that took my money. Thanks to my bank they refunded it back to me and they are now filing a complaint against the company and as you can see it has bee two weeks and i have still not recieved the item.

I have submitted complaints with IC3 (internet crime/fraud) and the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Really unfortunate at this time of year that someone or a company would attempt to defraud the public on such a scale. I have asked my credit card company (Amex) to issue me a refund (fraud protection insurance) and to cease processing any transactions with this merchant. Really disappointed - the fullest extent of the law should be extended to these criminals.
