Not much i placed an order for a netbook they took my money but i have never receive my product. There's no way to contact them, because they won't answer. So if you want a netbook or other electronic i suggest pay more to someone else that is reliable because this company sucks ii recomend not to deal with this place

It ruly defies description.it's so bad. Item received[99$ NETBOOK]IS CHEAP PLASTIC AND DOES NOT WORK. ITEM TOOK 2 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE, ON PHONE OR E MAIL OR CHAT.NO PACKING SLEEP.NO WARRANTY PAPERS[I WAS CHARGED FOR IT ALTHOUH I DID NOT ASK]

Ordered a netbook and paid extra to have it in 3-5 days. No product, no update and no info 13 days later. I tried for three days to get answers. THe only way to contact them is through online chat or phone. The chat tells you over and over that all reps are busy and someone will be with you shortly... i have over 100 of those messages and have had the chat open for 5 hours now.

The phone call results in a similar message that then hangs up on you.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Even the return or cancellation policy says they charge you 25% - EVEN IF THE PRODUCT THEY SENT YOU IS DEFECTIVE!

I ordered December 1, and it is not Dec 13 and the 7 in notebook I ordered is not shipped yet. No answer on their 800 number and no reply to emails I have sent. I am feeling worried now as it is a present for my daughter, how I wish I would have seen these reviews earlier. I wonder if everyone on here could collectively file a class action suit. Something should be done about this. It is stealing.

I placed an order for a pink laptop for my daughter on Thanksgiving and was charged on 11/26. I received an e-mail about purchasing the warranty and replied and did, but never received a reply or confirmation. It is 12/11 and I have yet to receive my laptop for my daughter for Christmas. I am quite disappointed, esp. After reading these reviews. I called the company, sent an e-mail and tried the online chat... none of which were successful. I called my bank and placed a complaint. They had me place a report and started an investigation tonight. My bank is also going to reimburse me my money. I have never run into this type of issue when ordering online! I am not very happy with this siuation.

Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE!
I ordered 2 mini netbooks on 12/3/10. Even though they offer free shipping I paid to have the items shipped 3-5 days with insurance. As of today I have sent emails with no response, attempted to call the company the phone# either makes you sit on hold for over an hour or states "due to the call volume we are not taking calls" I paid $268.00 and have not received my netbooks nor a response from the company. I have contacted my VISA company and thankfully I have insurance so they will cover the cost and reimburse me in 10days. There is not even a way to contact the company to cancel my order... although I am sure it would would have been shipped after reading numerous complaints of others having the same experience.

I purchased a netbook for $99. They overcharged me the total on the website when i purchased it said 110 and some change. I looked at my bank statement and they charged me 120. And some change. I purchased it on Cyber Monday. Now i look at the website to see the status just to find out it has yet to be shipped out. I call and email only to get no response. I Do the live chat only to not be connected. I'm still waiting for a rep. This is a SCAM. I wish i would have read the reviews before i made a purchase. And i can garauntee that a lawyer will be involved if this isn't resolved.

Ordered netbook did not receive it tryed to call mailbox is full tryed calling all day no answer mail box still full. Do not bye this shi* it is a scam that is for sure. Only a SCUM BAG would do this.

Thank you everyone who posted to this site about eglobalwireless.com. I was about to buy the $99 netbook with money that we really didn't have because my husband wants one so badly. I will wait to purchase after Christmas when they are on sale at a store I can trust. I realize it will be more than $99, but at least I won't have to deal with "customer no service."

You will get a product that comes in a ziploc bag in a slightly padded envelope and not much else. I thought my item looked like a hot item. They say they want good ratings, but when I complained they told me to read the item description. The thing didn't even come with a packing slip! That screaming good deal isn't so good. My came without the necessary earbuds for it to work properly. Nothing about that in their stinking description. Deceitful and really wonder how legal they are and what are they doing with the money? Makes me worried about what type of organization I may have just helped fund!

I was swindled! I asked 4 times for an RMA# to return one of those 7" computers. It would not even turn on and the packaging was a disaster. I have had no luck contacting them by e-mail or phone. I have reported them to the Attorney General's Office in Santa Fe. BE SMART. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

This company is a SCAM! They will rip you off. False advertising, poor service, poor quality products, and they stole $$ from my credit card (double billed me for a broken 7" netbook and would not refund my money). They write their own 5 star reviews for their products. I bought one of their 7" netbooks, they charged me for two. They finally gave me a refund, less $25, for the $102.99 over charge (i. E. they stole $25 from me). The netbook they sent me froze up after a couple days (no longer worked), so I paid $8 to insure & return to them. They will not send me a new one, nor will they refund my money. USPS tracking # verified that they had received it so USPS will not pay on insurance, eGlobal says they did not receive it and will not replace or refund. My credit card company will not help me. DO NOT buy anything from this company, unless you want to lose $$$ and time, and be frustrated. READ the negative reviews, they tell the story. I'm going to a local retailer and paying $300 for a good, working netbook.

HOLD IT BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! IT IS A SCAM!
The 7" netbook I ordered as "NEW" wasn't new with its screen scratched up, came in a mangled up box AND HAD ITS POWER ADAPTOR MISSING! I tried to return it, but, first, they make you print out a return label but even after you fill out the return form, NO RETURN LABEL IS PRINTED OUT and says "We will call you within the next 24hrs". But I never received any calls from them and WHEN I CALLED, NO ONE PICKED UP! I waited for more than 1 hour just to see if anyone will pick up but no one did. They advertise their products as new and when you receive them they are either used or defective, and when you return them, THEY TAKE 25% OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE PROFIT! Once you click on "Place an order" they will take 25% off of the price whether you cancel the order or return it. And they make it seem legit by making you check the box that says "I agree to pay 25% of the price for restoking fee" but if you don't put a check mark in the box, the return request window doesn't work! STAY AWAY AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!

I must say that I'm thrilled with my new 7 inch netbook running Windows CE that I purchased from eglobalwireless. I was not expecting too much for $100, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I bought this to be a traveling companion in situations where my regular laptop was too big and heavy. This little computer weighs about a pound and can be stored easily in a carry on bag.

I have tested most of its capabilities. I can display photographs from my digital camera, I can play MP3 songs (although I'm still trying to figure out how to create playlists) and I am very impressed with its ability to play videos. It has no ability to connect to a USB DVD player nor a USB portable hard drive, but I have figured out a way to compress DVD movies and convert them to Flash format and the included CorePlayer seems to be able to play those, without skips nor audio problems, from a USB flash drive. A regular DVD movie takes about 4.35 GB on a hard drive, but when converted to Flash format, only takes only about XX MB. You do lose the menus, but the movie does play well on the mini netbook.

I have also been able to connect to the Internet with the Ethernet port and also wirelessly. However, this is quite slow and I would not recommend this device if you're looking for Internet connectivity. A version of Internet Explorer is included and since I'm a devoted Firefox user, this is a bit annoying, but it does work.

This little computer also recognizes SD cards. I have been able to copy files between my 2GB SD card, its internal 2GB flash memory, and my 4GB USB flash drive. Although the operating system looks like a stripped-down Windows/XP and is not nearly as friendly as Windows 7, it seems quite capable for such a small and inexpensive netbook. I don't know what the maximum USB flash drive storage nor SD card storage is supported, but I have information that leads me to believe that it is 16GB.

They are thiefs. Dnt ever buy anything from. I ordered a laptop and they charged me right away not knowing they didnt even have the laptop I requested. The customer service is very $#*!ty. But I am not going to let them get away with that.

BE CAREFUL!

These people will charge your credit card as soon as you place the order, not when the product ships.

They will try to hustle you into buying warranty coverage. You can pay for priority processing but probably not get it.

They make a science of getting as much of your money as they can.
