I always order flowers from e-Florist as I find the website easy to navigate, the offers and options with suggestions very helpful and the prices very competitive. It is simple to order and pay and then the communication afterwards is great with tracking of the delivery and nice final touch so you can see when your flowers will be delivered.

I use these for our business 3 -8 times a month. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and put the wrong address, was meant to of put their holiday accommodation but put their home address. I emailed with in 5 minutes of the order being made and they wouldn't change the address or the date (when they got back off their holiday). I was then told in an email back- no I couldn't, they needed 24hr notice.
I think this is very bad service and won't be using then again!

My first time sending e flowers! The process was easy and delivery was on time. My friend was happy but I thought the medium size would have been a bit bigger. Also some slight damage as shown in picture.

Flowers arrived on time and in good condition, the receiver was very happy with the quality - thank you!

2nd time I've ordered these first was amazing. The ones received on Saturday are very poor. Roses are fine but the lillies are awful, already rotting and there is no smell. Very disappointed

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife for a very special occasion and paid extra for same day delivery. Not only did my order not turn up, I was told there was a problem and they could not be delivered the next day either. I was then offered a cheaper and inferior product as a replacement and was told it would not turn up for at least another few days, completely ruining the surprise. DO NOT USE

My family member loved her bright arrangement and told me that the flowers smelt absolutely beautiful! :)

The bunch my friend received (bold blooms) was not quite as big as they appeared in the image online and many of the flowers were in full bloom on arrival. She also didn't mention receipt of any chocolates which were supposed to come with the order.

Very pleased with service, quality and price. I always ask recipient for a picture to ensure flowers are good quality and true to what I ordered and they were. Also you can track delivery.

Ordered flowers, chocolates, bubbly and a candle in the afternoon for next day delivery and all arrived perfectly as promised. Excellent quality and flowers arrive in bud so although they look a bit small when they arrive they bloom into a beautiful bunch and last for a good few weeks.

I was really disappointed with these, paid over £30 for a medium bunch with delivery and it's terribly small. Thank goodness I didn't go for a small one!
Not good value for money.

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my mum's birthday. They were delivered less than 24 hours later. Not only were they beautiful and just as described, but delivered to the door in a friendly manner.

Bought these for a friend as a gift as it was 3 years ago on the 26th September that her husband passed away and they should of been delivered on the 26th as agreed but they were a day late! NOT ON DATE OF ANNIVERSARY! They still put a smile on her face!

I am disgusted with the flowers I received for my mothers birthday, it is complete false advertising and look NOTHING as they do in the photo. Complete waste of money, could of got better quality from the super market! Will never be purchasing again.

Communication with delivery of flowers was good but it would be helpful to be able to choose am or pm for delivery.

After seeing the flowers that I sent to my poorly daughter last Thursday (they were delivered at the correct time) I was totally disappointed! I chose the medium size bouquet but if I had chosen the small one it would probably looked like a Button Hole! When one sends flowers to somebody it often means that you do not get to see them! I think that you were taking the mickey with photograph on your web page. I shall look elsewhere in future!
