There are much better on line services for flowers. EFlorist sent us flowers on their last legs and just didn't want to know. Obviously there are plenty more people like us who will never return, enough to keep them going. The fressias are what is left after 1 day and the roses went after 48 hours! Makes you wonder who is writing the good reviews?
I ordered a bouquet for my friends 50th wedding anniversary. They arrived on time but were dead. I paid over £25 for dead flowers. No help from customer service. Disgraceful
They same looking as if someone has sat on them. Customer service is absolutely disgusting too. I'm so disappointed
Seven years on they still don't deliver on time, flowers are of poor quality and not what the photograph on the website looks like.
They also have appalling customer services and their refunds take forever!
SHUT THEM DOWN!
I really don't understand this - how difficult it is to handle this business and to understand that the margin of error is so small there. Delivering flowers a day or two after the birthday is not the same.
Really quick, reliable service. My girlfriend loves her flowers. I was
Unable to answer the door for the delivery but they were left in a
Secure place. Would recommend
Do not use eflorist. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery but was informed they don't deliver the same day, OK, no problem. The delivery was to a hospital in Lincoln, shouldn't be an issue. No delivery. Three days later I check and it's been cancelled by eflorist for no reason, no contact, no refund. I contact eflorist who apologised and offered to send them again, no offer of anything else. I accepted. Once again, the order was cancelled by them, no reason, no refund, nothing. Sadly, or fortunately for my flower deliver, my friend is still in hospital so I've ordered them from another florists.
I would not trust these so called florists to delivery a pee up in a brewery they make excuses for thing not arriving in time when they are ordered in plenty time for a special day, then they use excuses of there timing on the website to blame the customers for their shoddy service.
I honestly do not know how this website still has business. They cannot guarantee the delivery date, even though you get to pick one. This misses the purpose of a flower delivery service. Also flowers are delivered through Royal Mail (?)
They are one of the cheapest flowers services, which is why I decided to go for them, but it wasn't worth it at all, as it has ruined the surprise of my girlfriends's first day at work. I cannot take that back. Please do yourself a favor and do not EVER use this company. Pay the £5 - £10 more and go for something else. Trust me on this.
Flowers delivered bore no resemblance to the photo on the website, to the point where they were a totally different colour and contained totally different flowers!
Complained to customer services who suggested I should have read the smallprint. No apology.
Joke of a company. Avoid.
My sister and I, who live abroad, ordered a "Get Well" floral arrangement for our mother in hopes to brighten up her day.
We have used a variety of International florists and have always been most pleased with the way they turn out. Unfortunately, we can't say the same for eflorist.
We ordered from this company as we liked the presentation of the "Fruit Burst" flower basket arrangement.
It came quite a shock to us when my father sent a photo of said basket. It did not represent what we anticipated and it was most embarrassing and disappointing.
We thought it was important to express our disappointment to their customer service department as they state online that they are "committed to ensuring the best possible service" to your consumers "when ordering flowers by post... for home delivery".
However, when we expressed our disappointment, they replied with an unfortunate standard auto response email stating that their florist used substitutions, which are a part of their policy, and stuck to their guidelines.
Not only are we disturbed by the misrepresentation and quality of the product we ordered, but are appalled with the customer service we received when we expressed such disappointment.
I hope this review helps consumers from enduring the same experience.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Failed to deliver Mother's Day flowers, promised to refund my money but have not done so. Now they have stopped responding to emails. Looking at review sites, this appears to be a very common problem. Do not use this company.
Do not use eflorist if you value your friends and family.
They accepted my order, charged me and did not deliver on the date. I have not received a refund despite their email stating that i would between 2 to 5 working days.
Dreadful company and dishonest.
I cannot believe there are any good reviews on here for this company. I have looked on other ratings sites and they generally get bad reviews - I only wish I'd looked at them before ordering from them.
We decided to go to MyEFlorist for flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. When my mother received them she put a photo on social media thanking me, but to my surprise, having spent £ 37.50 I was shocked at the tiny bunch (I cannot call it a bouquet) she was sent, but I just put it down to the face this company must just charge a fortune.
Two days later, my mother sent me another photo, of the flowers pretty much dead. They were daisies as well, so two days is far too short a time frame for them to last.
I was mortified so I emailed EFlorist get a reply asking if they were put in water. I was then offered £15.00 refund... £15?! So offered me less that half the cost back, for flowers which didn't even last half the time. I emailed back on the 27th January, but no response at all, so I have since emailed twice, and I am still being ignored.
If you like being embarrassed by a quality gift for someone, then go ahead and use this company, but if you want decent customer service and a decent product, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they did not arrive, I have emailed eflorist every day with my response and they have not refunded me even after I told them I have submitted a form to consumer trading standards and the daily mail about them. Absolutely disgusting scam company do not use!
The website is misleading and leads you to believe that it's same day delivery and only when you have paid do they email you and tell you that it will be next day delivery.
The flowers therefore arrived a day late and they looked nothing like the photo on their website.
I have telephoned and emailed them and they tell me that I received the correct amount of stems. I don't want stems I want the flowers I ordered
I ordered flowers from EFlorist on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday, I received an email stating they were unable to deliver my order (no explanation why) but that they'd offer a free upgrade when they do decide to deliver. I don't want an upgrade! I want my sister to know that I was thinking of her on her actual birthday, not 2+ days late. What a joke! I should've just called an actual florist. I would never use EFlorist again. I only wish I'd thought to look at reviews prior to ordering. It seems there are many others in the same boat as me.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
