I always buy my flowers from eflorist UK. The site is easy to use and has a lot of choice. Fair pricing and the flowers always last! This last purchase was for a thank you and the recipient was absolutely made up with how beautiful they are.

I have ordered several items from eflorist since the pandemic began. They have all been quite different, but the same high standard has always been maintained.

I ordered an arrangement of Wow flowers for my friend and upgraded to the £44.99 I was very disappointed hardly any colours of the flowers and mostly little green flowers filling it up. I have put the 2 photos of the difference in to show. I contacted customer service but was told these flowers sent are fine. I don't agree and won't be using eflorist again as I really think there's too much of a difference from the photo they're showing and I know photos are for illustration purposes but on this occasion it's just not worth what I payed. I use a lot of online flower companies as I've family all over the world and never been this disappointed.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday found it very easy and quick with a good variety of flowers they were delivered fast within 2 hours same day and my wife said the flowers looked amazing

Ordered 3 large bouquet for gifts at wedding in august great prices and lovely flowers even comes with free chocolates great value for money.

This is the first time I've used eflorist- they are easy to use and have lovely products. I usually buy flowers in person, however due to going away on holiday I will be missing my mums birthday. She loves flowers and she has never had flowers delivered to her. Will definitely use this service again

The bouquet was too small for the price paid. Not good value for money. Delivery however was quick and prompt.

I need to post a review about this site, I have used this site many, many times and each time the flowers have been wonderful, and not only that they have lasted a long time, making the gift extra special to the recipient. I did use another site once, but never again, flowers looked nothing like the picture and looked like they were just thrown together. I cannot say what E Florist are like dealing with complaints as I have never had to make one, so assume that department is almost redundant. I ordered some this week for delivery friday and I know they will be exceptional, so I have peace of mind. A big thank you to E Florist from me.

Honestly I am humiliated to have even had these flowers sent to my best friend who had just had a baby, they looked like they came from the bargain bin at the nearest garage, all together I can count about 5 roses in there and for £33 you'd expect a lot more flowers and a lot bigger bouquet! I used the online chat and very politely asked for a refund and thankfully got one but I won't be using this company again. The 2 stars is only for the customer service
