Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and was horrified to see what I ordered as advertised on the website was completely different in reality. No amount of flower arranging could get these flowers to look like what was on the website. The flowers were sub standard and certainly not what I ordered. Reported to Tranding Standards for their actions.
Bouquet had less flowers than advertised and those it did have are poor quality
Bouquet had less flowers than advertised and looked much different to the picture, the flowers received were of poor quality and look like they cost £5. This is disappointing as was for my mother's birthday. During covid there is of course no choice but to purchase flowers for delivery - I won't be using this company again. I sent a picture of the bouquet listing the missing flowers and all I got back from customer services to both my emails were the flowers need to 'bloom'. No amount of waiting 48 hours to 'bloom' can create missing flowers... will go with a high street company next time.
Ordered roses and lilies bouquet for my wife, they looked fine when they arrived., although lilies were closed. Instructions saying within 48 hours they will open up! 10 days later the roses are almost finished, one lily head has opened, the rest still tightly closed!
Tried every way possible to contact them but you can't get through on email, phone, or live chat! Terrible customer service! Have awarded one star... that's for the roses, nothing else.
Sent texts confirming that they had delivered flowers. 3 days later I contacted the recipient to be told that nothing had been delivered. The company couldn't care less. They replied to my email "our system shows the flowers were delivered" no telephone number and live chat is never available. Please just use a more reputable company
Website crashed twice during payment, no confirmation came through originally so ordered again, leading me to end up with 3 orders for the same person by accident. Contacted the company immediately who said they couldn't cancel because they were out for delivery, however they weren't dispatched till that evening and delivered the following day. All a lie to keep my money, ended up spending over £100 on what was meant to be a gesture to a friend... why would I send someone 3 of the same bouquets with the same message on! The flower bouquets are also very small for £35, and that was a regular size. Never use this company, absolutely disgusting customer service!
I am shocked. Flowers withered, bouquet wrapped in crumpled paper. This company ruined my daughter's birthday party
I am really disappointed as what I bought was no where near the actual size of what's listed on the website, I only probably received 30% of the flowers shown in the picture. I feel scammed! I could buy these in Tesco for a much cheaper price £7 and these were £35! Never buying again.
Worst experience ever! Flowers arrived broken, lillies with no head. Greenery was grass (wouldn't put it in the compost bin), Holes and missing petals in flowers, terrible customer service, no satisfaction, delivery arrived 2 days late
Ordered flowers to a company address, but due to the government lockdown it would be closed.
I emailed the company to ask them to change the address giving plenty of notice, and there response was that they had already printed the label. The website says if you are out they will leave them on the doorstep. So a bunch of flowers left on the door step in the middle of a town is what I paid for.
All because a bunch of jobsworths can't print another label.
Do not give these people any of your money
It's disappointing when flowers don't arrivet and, after follow-ups, it turns out they were signed for by someone else, with no attempt to contact the recipient despite my request that they do so before delivery. It's even more so, when you reach out again and again for feedback / updates and get dismissive responses (in fact, they may be algorithmic robots in a call center, I'm not sure) and then today, I was told 'we are no longer willing to engage with you further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday so being repeatedly waved away by Sasha and Maddy is upsetting.
Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday but were NEVER delivered! Upon contacting eflorist, they insisted that the driver lost his phone and couldnt contact the recipient to access the building.
After that they never responded back to any of my emails and basically, I lost £50.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST
Bought for my wife's birthday. How disappointed when you spend £40 and get a worst display than a cheap forecourt garage. I was really embarrassed when my wife showed me them. One photo is what I was expecting the second is what arrived. Teach me now to read reviews first
Ordered flowers for a time sensitive occasion, paid for same day delivery. Was told by florist they were delivered. Strange as they never arrived at my daughters house. Tried to get sense by email what a challenge. Flowers arrived after asking for a refund 36 hours late.
Totally waste of time. The only email asks for 2 days to look into it. Useless.
Don't waste your money. Very simple bouquet with roses that were not fresh. After 2 days most roses started wilting - the bouquet looked like my other bouquets look after 5-6 days. I applied to their customer service and sent pictures. Their answer was generic ( I got it twice!) that roses know their way to protect their petals and I don't know how to treat them. I manage to keep flowers from other companies, even from a supermarket, for 2 weeks and they look better!
I ordered two lots of flowers one was sent I had an email in the morning to say on their way the other box I heard nothing whatsoever when I complained which was very hard to do I just got
Sorry no refunds
I would never use them again so unreliable
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered some flowers to be sent as a wedding gift, then found out 2 weeks later that they had never been delivered.
I then emailed eflorist to query whether they had been delivered and was told yes they had but it was my problem if they were sent to the wrong address. I had NOT given the incorrect address! They were purely trying to turn the blame onto me. They have no proof of delivery (normally florist take image photo of delivery). There is no contact number to speak to anyone and they are no longer responding to my emails. These flowers cost me £40 and there have been NO flowers delivered or no refund! Absolutely disgusting service and a scam! I will be taking this further!
Dog dug up weeds and left them at front door
Ordered an autumn bouquet(peach glow) to be delivered by a local florist in Hull UK for my nieces birthday. They were delivered and look nothing like the one I ordered, in fact they really did look like the dog dug them up and put them at the front door. The bouquet was all green foliage and a few flowers which did not match what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they gave me no satisfaction just said flowers could be substituted for others which I knew, but they sent an entirely different item. I will now contact main headquarters and complain and also my credit card to see if they can help remove the 47 pounds I was charged for the dog digging up the weeds. Customer service just says to bad at least some flowers are the color you requested. The florist who delivered really did a poor job just stuck flowers in vase and never looked at arrangement picture I purchased. Flowers on left are what I purchased, on right is what my niece received
My order of flowers to my daughter in London from eFlorist arrived dead, crammed into a box that was just an embarrassment. All my attempts to contact them went unheeded. I kept getting a computer generated response from "Elizabeth". There was no online help as advertised and of course no phone number. Be warned. If something goes wrong forget getting your money back or a replacement bouquet.
I purchased some flowers for my wife on our anniversary.
1st time using Eflorist - thought I'd try them as they use local providers.
Delivered some shocking flowers which looked nothing like the picture on the website. Neither in appearance or size of the "bouquet".
Out of the 3 sizes available I purchased the largest which came to around £41.
Contacted customer service and "Abbie" was really bad. Sent multiple pictures. She didn't think there was any issue.
Told me to wait 48 hours and they should perk up otherwise they would look into it further.
That wasn't what I wanted to hear, but yet I sent a picture from 48 hours later and not much change at all.
I went to a local florist and had to purchase some more flowers as it wasn't very nice giving such bad flowers to my wife.
I showed the florist pictures of the flowers and they were appalled.
I will never be using Eflorist again. The worst part is when they had a chance to make it right the customer service was terrible.
Absolutely awful! Purchased a £50 bouquet of flowers which turned up dead, smelling and the presentation was crushed into something that look like cling film! I would not have given a £1 for the flowers that I received.
To add to the dissatisfaction, eFlorist customer service is terrible, they were truly awful! This resulted in me taking my complaint to the UK European Consumer Centre (UK ECC), which the Netherlands based company gave me a full refund as they were totally unlawful!
If anyone has any bad experiences please submit a claim to the UK ECC.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
